Received amazing service from the owner Mohammed. a custom cake one day in advance. The cake was custom from the ice cream down to the colors and I was even able to add a picture on top. Mohammed was very responsive and courteous. Great location and not too busy.
The first time I tried a cookies and cream ice cream cake, I was hooked. I'm not one to like cookies, specially Oreos, but the mix of this ice cream flavor and cake just works! I've been coming to this location for the past few years and the quality and service just never disappoint. While having family over from Mexico I introduced them to this cake and they loved it. The owner/Baker will work with you to make your designs come to live. The people working the counter make each encounter a special one. They always have a smile on their faces and although a cold treat, they make the place feel warm and cozy!

So this was my first time ordering an ice cream cake for my daughter and I was nervous since I am used to dealing with bakeries but I must say, the process was identical and the level of service was outstanding!!!The manager, unfortunately I cannot remember his name, and all of his staff were very helpful and explained everything in detail. He offered suggestions as to what colors and decorations would make the cake look its best and I am glad I listened to him, EVERYONE at the birthday party was very impressed at the design and more than anything, the fresh taste of the cake.I will definitely recommend this specific location for anyone looking to get a great ice cream cake.

5 stars for customer service, communication & effort put into cakes. Nothing like other Baskin Robbins I've been to. It's so clean inside and everyone's friendly. Ordering with them was a breeze. Even though we had to postpone our event, a week later the cake was still amazing and they were nice enough to touch up the cake after some icing came off in the freezer (my fault). My son loved his cake so much. Thank you guys!

I've been to so many Baskin Robbins in the course of my life and I must say this is my absolute favorite location! The service was amazing (I wish I had the two employees names to shout them out), the location was clean and inviting and the ice cream of course was delicious. I'm normally from 20+ miles away and would make the drive just to come here again! Thank you guys (the two gentlemen) for making our experience a great one! We'll be back soon :)
Brought the kids and husband for some cold day, ice cream after dinner. The line was backed up to the entrance. Ashley and her make associate churned through the line quickly and efficiently. Girls loved taste testing. Adults loved the big scoops of ice cream and milk shake. Great service attitude and efficiency! Thank you'

so cute! this is a simple swirl pattern frosted cake with mixed size pearls and white piping on the bottom! super easy to order and the cake decorator makes sure everything is perfect. :)

Best Baskin Robins I’ve ever been too. The staff were beyond friendly and the ice cream tasted amazing. I got 2 scoops and the worker actually took the time to ask if I had a reference. Amazing workers, amazing ice cream, and the decoration is so pretty. I will be coming back soon haha.
