One of the greatest Cassidy’s corner I’ve been to. Service is always great and the food is amazing.

Really wanted to try this place for a while now.
Placed an order for 2 sandwiches some bagel bombs and an extra bagel with cream cheese on the side.
They called our name but gave our offer to a different person with the same name.

Mistakes happen and we were in no rush.
We were told they would remake our order.
We heard instructions given to out server from the kitchen saying they didn't have certain items for our order and to just give us an extra bagel.
Again, its understood things run out and its not a problem but it felt as we were just brushed off for their mistake which was a little disappointing.
We accept the offer since we had already waited and when we received our order we were missing extra on our sandwiches and the cream cheese on the side.
Again, mistakes happen and we could've still had a good experience but it just felt as if the effort and care was very lacking in this interaction.

The best softest bagel i have ever had.They have even have a vegan soyrizo bagel.Unded 30 bucks for 2 and well spent.

This is a great place to get fresh and tasty bagels. They always have a great selection of flavors and the staff is friendly.
I enjoyed the self service coffee bar with a selection of some flavored coffee.
The seating is limited so it is not a great place for a large group.

When the order is correct, this place is 5 stars, but it just misses too often. Too many times have I gotten halfway home and into my first bite to realize they yet again forgot to include spread in the bagel sandwich. Annoying on its own, but doubly aggravating when it's a $10+ breakfast item.
It's also not the fastest place for service, but a little understandable as they're making the food to order.
It's GREAT when it's correct, but it shouldn't be a 50/50 gamble to recieve everything you're paying for.

i’m not sure what it is, but the chocolate chip bagels are weirdly dense. the bagel didn’t taste bad at all but it wasn’t really what i expected. i’m no bagel expert, it just didn’t feel right. i’d go again because it’s convenient for me, but i wouldn’t go out of my way. the sandwiches were pretty tasty and the service was good. bonus: it has a good vibe and it’s relaxing.

They used to be great bagels but cutting corners has left these bagels undesirable. Cassidy’s corner gets there bagels frozen & slightly cooked. Then they put them in some kind of convection oven and heat them up. Wa La, instant bagels. Just came back from Cassidy’s & thought I would give them one more chance. What a big mistake. The bagels were so under cooked that you couldn’t even slice them because they just fold in on themselves. Raw mushy dough. Plus they shorted me one bagel. Not even worth going back to complain. There was a time when they came pretty close to tasting like a N Y bagel but since they decided to save money & cut corners, there bagels are terrible. At least cook the damn things enough to make them edible. Time to go on the hunt again and find some place that makes a bagel the way they are supposed to be made. Boil, bake & eat. Goodbye Cassidy !

the signature coffee (as is) is good! also make more of the everything bagels, they always seem to run out within a couple hours of opening.

This is a great bagel and coffee shop. I work in the complex and we all pick up food here often. The bagels and big, soft and fresh and they are almost always very generous with the cream cheese (which I really love).I also like their bagel sandwiches, the lattes - blended or hot - and the bagel bombs too. In all honesty, I haven’t had anything there I don’t like.Other bonus perks: a rewards program that lets you earn free items and a kid’s corner to keep the little ones entertained!

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options, and vegan cream cheese too

Parking: Easy free parking right outside

Kid-friendliness: Great kids nook with movies playing

Enjoyed this cafe that was walking distance from my brother's home. A nice variety of breakfast eats, including some fun creations.

Great food and service.

Our corporate office just relocated to this shopping center and I was pretty excited that a bagel shop was gone be right next door. Been coming to Cassidy’s for a few weeks now. Bagels are excellent, great sandwiches (try the pastrami) and donuts are quality as well. I go in there every morning for at least a cup of coffee and everyone is so welcoming there. Make sure to sign up for their rewards because you’ll probably end up there quite a bit, unless of course, ihop is your jam.
