The manager here is rude to every one as well as her even yelling at her own employees. I went in for a whopper jr combo with a doctor pepper. She substituted the drink and don’t even think to tell me. When I confirmed her she say yeah and just walked away. I don’t know her name because I could get a good glance at the name tag but she had a huge mole on her face. Literally all the employees had to apologize for the managers actions and I hope action is taken against the manager.

Joan the guy with tattoos assistant manager. He needs retraining. His attitude sucks. You guys need to hire someone that has less messed up attitude. The food was good. But the assistant manager is no Bueno. I will be going to a different b.k for now on.

Went thru the drive thru with 11 dollars, gave the lady a 10 for 8.76, gave me a receipt with no change. Said as much, lady pointed to the dollar I had already, then manager counted out her register and said it's even. They will steal your change and tell you that you're the liar.

Came in today 11/27 way before 9 pm and I was greeted with a mad dog face from marko! Marko was extremely rude no type of customer service. Marko made us feel very uncomfortable at the way he was staring at us with such an angry face from the moment we walked in. No acknowledgment nothing just a mad man taking an order. I mean dining doesn’t close until 9 pm we came in way before and they don’t close until midnight so what’s the rush why the anger? . When we asked him if he was so bothered at us walking in before 9 pm his excuse was the young man mopping needs to clock out at 9:30 pm. What does the young man mopping clocking out at 9:30pm have anything to do with the way you stare down a family of 4 with kids trying to order some food !? I had never had a bad dining experience at this location but this was definitely a bummer! News flash If you don’t like your job then don’t show up and if you don’t want anyone to walk in during dining hours then lock the door. Do not make paying customers mainly children feel uncomfortable at the way you stare at them for walking in to the job that pays your bills. Learn customer service and change your demeanor Mr. Marko!
