Excellent place for burgers good quality meat and chicken expensive but it's worth it's very clean

The place is clean and high tech looking so the experience is great. The food is very good but you might be left hungry. The food is very expensive as burgers go with all of them around $10+. For three with fries and a drink it cost over $40 without a tip. For the price, I would have expected a larger burger or a fancier atmosphere. I have eaten here twice now, but will probably not return due to the price of the burgers. On the plus side, because they are so expensive, if you are hungry and don't want to wait in a line, I have not seen the place crowded. The sweet potato fries are terrific.

First time experience was way better than I expected! Awesome choice of original burgers, like Greek Lamb, Hawaiian Salmon, Impossible Burger, Falafel Burger, and of course classic Angus Beef. Plus the chicken wings were a great surprise we all shared. (Party of 11). Definitely looking forward to a return visit!

Good food! The onion rings are the bomb. Service was friendly and food was hot and fresh. Nice place!

Burgers overcooked and O Rings cold. Might be a bad night, may try one more time...

Awesome variety of really good burgers. Loved the chicken wings too! Family owned, super clean appearance, and I'm really impressed with the vegetation options... I'll be back!

Eaten here a handful of times now ... and it's on the list of "go to" burger joints in LM. If you want to try something a little different, and very good, it's worth your time. They are not "fast food," so expect to take a little time, and they are not cheap. But everything is FRESH and TASTY, and the service is friendly. If you're not a red-meat eater, or not a meat eater, they got you covered. If you want to try a little bit of everything, get the TRIO - they are bigger than "sliders," and immeasurably better. My new favorite... Didn't know there was more than one until I looked them up on Yelp, so I'll have to look for one of the other locations while I'm out and about... Spend the time, and a little of your hard-earned money, you'll be happy you did.

I've been to BurgerIM at other locations, and this La Mirada location stands out as having had the best service. The location is in a plaza with an AMC movie theater, a play theater, and a few other good places to eat, so you could make an afternoon visit out of it. On this particular visit I tried the Falafel Burger with a side of regular fries. The Falafel burger had Tahini sauce on top, which was the dominant flavor, and likely the reason it was overall a bit bland. I asked for some garlic aioli, and this helped a bit. In the future when ordering I would just ask for the garlic aioli to be substituted in place of the tahini. The regular French Fries are disc-shaped, the first time I've had that particular shape. They taste like regular fries and pair well with ketchup. The portion size was small for the over $3 cost. Based on many visits I am of the opinion that the large burgers are worth it, that the sliders and sides are not. The burgers are highly customizable, and have many different types of patties to appeal to all customers. The Salmon with Hawaiian Style is unique and tasty, as is the Turkey Burger with Cowboy style.

Absolutely the best burger I've had in awhile

So disappointed once again. Over $15 for the tinniest portion of sweet potato fries and a chicken sandwich, not even a drink. Not only were the tiny little slivers of avocado rotten as per the black spots in the pic, I'm still hungry! Also, I got it lettuce wrapped because the buns they use are no different than McDonalds buns.. but the lettuce had all kinds of yucky spots on it, not fresh lettuce at all. It's no wonder that I was the ONLY customer in there at noon on a Friday...

Overpriced for an average Burger

First time trying this place. Friendly staff, specifically the cashier girl. The food itself is bland and overpriced. Not sure why anyone would come here when there are so many better options.

NOPE. Spent 10 bucks on the burger alone and this looks like McDonalds... Had it tasted bomb, 10 bucks would've been worth it. Beverage and half&half side, another 4 bucks or so for a total of 15 bucks. I could've spent half the amount at a typical fast food place (INO even) and it would've been better. 2 stars for the fries being good. I feel like I got played and I will not be back.

Sorry not impressed. Good fast food type burgers, but definitely not gourmet. Over priced for the small size, quality, cheap buns and sloppy presentation. Not sure if that's their norm since my husband and I tried them when they first opened several months ago. We don't mind paying 12 bucks for a Burger but it better be worth it... such as "G Buger", Smash Burger or the kitchen sink Burger at 12 Sixty in La Mirada.

I got the chicken sandwich, lettuce wrapped. The taste and quality was excellent and is worthy of five stars. However, the sandwich was very small and the chicken was thin. There was hardly any lettice on the lettuce wrap. It cost $9.99 plus tax, which is way too expensive considering the size. I was still hungry when I left. The staff was friendly.
