I stopped at this Chick-fil-A location on my way to Tijuana. I arrived right before 6:30 AM on a Saturday and waited for the store to open. The drive-thru started serving around 6:31 or 6:32. Surprisingly, there was no line—first time I’ve seen that at a Chick-fil-A! So, life hack: get there before it opens, lol. The food was fresh, everything was correct, and it was amazing! It filled me up all the way to Tijuana, and I didn’t feel the need to eat again until I got to Mexico. 10/10 experience.

They intentionally miss items on your order in the drivethru. I know because the 2 times we've had(remembered) to correct them, the food was sitting right there and already cooked. We've had 3 other missed items experiences in the last 6 months. The receipt clearly shows we paid for them. Still, they're nice, so 2 stars for service. Also the food is quite good. The other CFLA place in driving distance does better than this one and gets my 5 stars for service.
Came here had an amazing meal. Customer service was excellent! Nicole had a big friendly smile and took care of me like a customer should be taken care of.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. My big rig was parked across the street while I stayed at a nearby hotel. Since the lobby closes at 10 PM and the drive-thru remains open until 11 PM, I walked up to place an order at 10:20 PM. However, because my truck couldn’t fit through the drive-thru, I tried to explain that we had no other option but to walk up. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely rude, insisting we leave the driveway without even considering our situation. The manager also told us to move along, showing no empathy despite my attempts to explain that we were staying just across the street. It was clear they had no interest in helping us. Whatever happened to good old-fashioned customer service, or just treating people kindly when they’re in need? I’ve decided that I won’t be returning to Chick-fil-A. Thankfully, In-N-Out, which was within walking distance, provided the friendly and excellent service that this Chick-fil-A location severely lacks. With this Chick-fil-A being so close to Disneyland, they likely serve a lot of out-of-town visitors. It’s disappointing that the manager and staff were so unwelcoming, and I would give 0 stars if I could. This location, and its management, certainly don't represent the brand’s usual standards. I hope upper management takes this into account because no one should be treated this way.

This might just be the best chicken burger spot I know. It's always such a friendly, welcoming restaurant that lifts your mood. The taste and service are both exceptional, with cleanliness and speed that are truly top-notch. You can expect the highest quality service and a delicious meal, better than any other place. No matter what you order, I’m confident you’ll enjoy your meal. The restaurant is incredibly clean and tidy, making it the perfect place to have a great time with anyone. I highly recommend this place!
Parking: You can park in any spot right in front of the restaurant. You'll always find a spacious, empty parking spot. Whether you park close to the restaurant or a little farther away for a short walk, it's up to you.

This is the most skimpy chick fil a around. No wonder their parking lot and lines are empty so often. I got partially filled large fry. If I knew I was going to get skipped so badly on a large, I would have gotten a smaller size. Pathetic. Prices go up and they can't fill your fry holder anymore. Guess I'm done with chick fil a too since they've joined the ranks of mcdonalds and Carl's jr.
