Service at this location was terrible. There was no one at the entrance, which raised safety concerns during check-in and check-out for kids. Only one employee was at the counter, juggling customer service and going to the back to make pizzas. Several machines were not working. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

We had my niece/nephew’s birthday party at this location today. At first, I was upset because the setup wasn’t ready, but the Korean manager handled the situation quickly and professionally, and thanks to her, everything went smoothly in the end. I didn’t get her name, but I truly appreciate her help. Because of her, my first nephew’s birthday party ended well. She was incredibly professional, and I really want to acknowledge what a great manager she is.

This location was very clean and though a bit smaller than other locations it had plenty of games and rides for the kids to enjoy. I give it 4 stars only because there was no one available to check my (and my daughter's) stamp before exiting. Seems like there needs to be a new system for ensuring that children are leaving with the appropriate person. I would definitely bring my daughter to this location again.
