Took our 4 yr old granddaughter and her 16 month brother yesterday...first time for all of us. Kids played all the games twice and had lots of fun. Didn't eat as dinner awaited. Will definitely be returning. Clean place.

Employees are always in the back, have to wait to get checked in or out. Placing order or have a question have to wait! They got the jumping cage that you pay extra for, have to wait til an employee comes to open it. They do not have open all the time. They took away napkin dispensers from tables, reason they said was to make it more restaurant style! It’s a kids eating place, we need lots of napkins. If you’re making a salad, manager is there reinserting the tong in food items that I guess you didn’t put back to his liking! For the prices they charge not worth it.

I was not happy with the staff. We had to wait to check in because everyone was in the kitchen. When I went to get salad from the salad bar the...I take it was the manager was placing the tongs and spoons back immediately after I would use them and bumping into me.

When I order pizza, it seems to come out just when I forget. You must order in advance. Especially on weekends!!It's not racist, but the atmosphere is all Mexican. Asians and Westerners are rarely seen.Cleanliness is the worst. The bathroom was never cleaned while I was there and toilet paper was not refilled even when it ran out. The toilet is dirty and the bathroom smells very bad. Parking is crowded with cars.A newly installed trampoline costs $15.If you go with kids, meals and games cost a lot of money. It's crazy, but it's worth a visit at least once.Kid-friendliness: Games and trampolines

Kid-friendliness: It was a "Birthday Party" booking. So much has changed from when they first opened. All New Vision to fit today's children and times. Great visual from top to bottom. And the "New Chuck E. Cheeser", took awhile to get use to all the weight Chucky lost; but he fits the "COOL BEAN'S ERA" ?...GO CHUCK E.. Oh, and the New choreography with the new kids on the block. Kinda reminded me of the Mickey Mouse Club Thing. But that's GREAT!???Ooops I'm telling on myself.? It's not just me. Look at all the people that come to celebrate. Children just don't book their own parties you know?, am I right? Come on???it's the parents and Grandparents, the Uncles & Aunts, cousins, etc. and even they invite the buddies & girlfriends of extra guests to come have blast. It's like a "Family Reunion" merged together w/ the "BIRTHDAY PARTY".NOW??..the Food☝️. The pizza is great! Salad Bar great! All the items on the menu are indeed excellent. Now, I don't know if Chuck E. is Italian ?or the cheese he uses..???but for delivering the atmosphere, reasoning for bookings, pleasure or otherwise you can't beat it!Arcades, photo booth that the kids know how to work themselves?, games galore, excitement, excitement, excitement! You name it. Service courtesy, clean restrooms: if you can't stand the laughter, loudness, the pleasure of seeing your children have a marvelous time. Bring a set of ear plugs. Your children will love you for it Mom, Dad, Uncle, Auntie, Gramma,Grandpa, anyway.Today's generation. What a BLAST???????

I think for it being a kid's place there should be step stools in the restrooms by the toilets and sinks. I wish there were more sanitation stations like hand sanitizer spread throughout the space. They were very understaffed and did what they could to keep the table cleared off. Please be decent human beings and make the clean up job a little less bearing when you see they don't have staff. Didn't get to see Chuck-E do that was a bummer for the kids. But the game choices were ample and great for all ages!! So that was great!Kid-friendliness: The games were great for my toddlers and their toddler cousins to enjoy. In 1 hour they got 468 tickets and we barely helped them so not bad! Staff was friendly and patient.

This is one of the NICER Chuck e cheese's that we've been to.On November 1st, we was here for a small birthday (3 parents and 2 kids). I taped a birthday banner to the back of the bench-seat at our table and we brought in our own cake (that wasn't a problem). It wasn't crowded because it was the day after halloween. So OVER-ALL we had a good time.I was SAD TO SEE that they don't have Chuck E's animatronic band there anymore. WHAAAAT??!That was pretty disappointing. I don't know if they took the animatronics away from all the Chuck e cheese locations or just this one. Those are probably just a thing from the past now.
