From the first visit, Civitas has been our favorite ever since! Whenever we are out of town and try another coffee shop we always compare that coffee shop to Civitas. "Is it as good as Civitas?" The answer is very rarely a "yes". Our regular order is an unsweetened iced oat milk latte! And I would like to say that it doesn't give us "that first sip feeling", it gives us "that every sip feeling"! Wonderful baristas, delicious coffee, and reasonable prices! :)

My husband and I make sure to visit this sweet coffee shop every day when we come to visit the area. Coffee, pastries and open faced sandwiches are delicious. We love the atmosphere and community that the baristas cultivate which makes it feel like our home away from home.

Not sweet (unless you want it to be) and perfectly balanced.They ALSO take pick up orders thru Snackpass with a free every 10th order. It’s such a great spot to grab a drink on the go or to do some work in inside. I always come here when other coffee shops (like coffee code) get too crowded.

hands down the best coffee i had! theres this very unique aroma that makes their lattes top tier! i had their hazelnut (my personal fav), spanish, and vanilla latte and all are very good. the spanish latte has that cinnamony taste to it and it tastes amazing! if you are unsure of what to get, don't think too hard, their beans do 99% of the job, so a basic latte would probably taste great too!been here a couple of times and the baristas made it a very welcoming experience, thanks civitas coffee!

I would be here everyday if I lived nearby!! Such a cute spot and I love how peaceful and quiet it is, perfect environment to just study or hangout with friends. They have a self order kiosk or you can also order at the counter. The staff is super sweet and friendly.I got their Jalapeño croissant and chai latte, they were SOOO delish!!! Good quality coffee and the perfect amount of sweetness. I was so sad when I finished it. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!!
Really good coffee and a very calm and peaceful environment. Service was amazing I ordered my coffee and had my ordered within 5 minutes. I love that it's so close to my university campus I will definitely be back. There is also a mini shop with cute Bible accessories (perfect for stocking stuffers).

Drinks: - Cold Brew and Honey Oat LatteLocated in small strip mall, with some tight parking spots you'll find Civitas. Don't let the outside deter you from checking out this little gem of a coffee spot. Going with my usual, a straight cold brew (and a Honey Oat Latte for the wife), I was not disappointed it, and honestly I would say that it is in the top 5 best cold brews I've had. The flavors were nice, and there was not super bitterness to it, which makes washing down a cup of dark cold coffee much easier.The wife was impressed with her Honey Oat Latte and said that its a top 5 drink for her as well. Overall, we were both happy with Civitas and added it to our "we will be back for more" list.

I checked this place out today and got the Spanish latte. The latte was only half full and got a large. The reason why I'm giving it a 4 star is cause the coffee was really good. But for the price and the way the cup was filled I probably don't think I'll be back. It's pricey to be getting a half full cup only.

I'm new to the area and was looking for a coffee spot besides Starbucks. I searched on Yelp and settled on Civitas coffee. I'll admit I woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning but the very friendly man working out front certainly made my day. I originally planned to order a large Spanish Latte and asked what was in it and he had stated that it's their sweetest offering. I'm glad he said that because I wasn't looking for something too sweet. He recommended the Honey Oat. I ordered a large iced Honey Oat and was very satisfied. The honey oat isn't too sweet and has a good kick of coffee to balance out the flavors. I'll definitely be back.
