I had quite a delightful bowl of ice cream from this establishment. I ordered the strawberry blonde but with Sweet Cream ice cream instead of Strawberry. I was by far the first in my group to finish their ice cream and it was only because I could not stop taking bites. Thank you to the wonderful staff for such an amazing experience!

Horrible customer service at this location. I love going to Cold stone, but today I had the opportunity to try out this location at La mirada and this server whose name it’s Tatina G. was helping me out but in a very rude way. She looked like she didn’t want to be working there but was forced to it. I could tell from the jump when I asked for some samples that I was not going to have a good experience. She handed me only one scoop when we came in a group of 4, besides that when we all ordered she gave us very small quantities of toppings when we had asked for extra. She was giving face expressions that she didn’t want to attend us and was rolling her eyes throughout the whole time. Keep in mind we spent like $100 dollars to be treated like that. Hope management can fix that issue.

I arrived 20 min prior to closing and experienced the worst customer service. This gentleman was upset myself and other customers walked in. He began throwing stuff around and gave the worst attitude. To top things off I ordered a cheesecake fantasy and he gave me vanilla. When I went back he argued that it was vanilla and snatched the ice cream to toss it. He began throwing things again and barely added toppings. I will not be going back to this cold stone. I visited the cold stone on Monday 09/10.

I visited this Cold Stone with a friend for the first time. When I walked in I noticed customers eating ice cream in cups in the outdoor seats. There are no seats inside to "dine in" at this location. I ordered a cookie dough ice cream with Carmel and nuts in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. The ice cream was delicious. But the cone was stale. If I return I will definitely order my ice cream in a cup. My order for 2 people was $29. Our ice cream order was way more expensive than I would've expected. Me my friend ate on the seats outside that we had to wipe up ourselves. For the price I paid at least the tables outside should be clean.

Yes, cold stone is expensive, it's been known, but nowadays so is everything else. Find joy in the little things and indulge. Spending $1-$3 extra on an ice cream for a better experience isn't going to stop you from being a millionaire.You can save a bit if you are going to AMC already and present your ticket to them. I forgot what the discount amount is, as I didn't know about the discount until AFTER I saw the movie (I got the ice cream prior to the movie), as the sign advertising the discount is at the movie theater entrance and not inside cold stone (or at least I didn't see it).
