They have a deal for 20% off your ice cream with your ticket stub. How could we not? The service was great! The two young ladies were attentive and friendly. My chocolate devotion was good, however, I am giving 3 stars because I did find 2 long hairs in my ice cream. I didn't know until we got home as we took them to go. the store was a little messy this time. Overall, I will still frequent this location as it is one of the few remaining locations near us. The service is usually good and ice cream good as well.

Amber and Kam were the best service we've had at a Cold Stone! They were super friendly and were very quick with the order. Plus, we had a really good time with them while waiting for the order!! Thanks guys

Love this place!! Ever since golden spoon in whittier closed, my family and I have enjoyed coldstone creamery. Always enjoy small talk with Julianna and Troy! Great people and even better ice cream :)

The entire store was dirty! Counters, windows, all the glass. If you own this store, please keep up on the cleaning of it. Wasn't impressed with the ice cream

This place is a joke. Go in at 9:30, there are two people working and two people in line and the idiots behind the counter don't even acknowledge the customers waiting. The guy is drinking out if his water bottle looking at a new phone order while we waited. Ended up walking out because bad service doesn't deserve anybody's money.Go to Baskin Robbins down the street. Better selection and not as expensive.

We went in twenty minutes before closing on the 25th. We waited in line and as we got to the front the blonde employee told us they where closed. Me being a tad bit snarky said thanks for the heads up we wouldn't have waited in line. The employee began to berate us and multiple customers on the way out the door about how we should have used our heads and seen that they where closing. We where in the store for a while before the closing and it felt a tad unnecessary to berate us even though we where in store we'll before closing. I understand closing time but if this is the case why where doors not closed well before closing.
Yes, cold stone is expensive, it's been known, but nowadays so is everything else. Find joy in the little things and indulge. Spending $1-$3 extra on an ice cream for a better experience isn't going to stop you from being a millionaire.You can save a bit if you are going to AMC already and present your ticket to them. I forgot what the discount amount is, as I didn't know about the discount until AFTER I saw the movie (I got the ice cream prior to the movie), as the sign advertising the discount is at the movie theater entrance and not inside cold stone (or at least I didn't see it).

Cold stone is the spot if your are craving ice cream. You can not beat the delicious choices they have to offer. This is my families go to place for a sweet treat and it should be yours too. If you've never been, than your missing out!
