DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR DELIVERY HERE! So I ordered through the web and the first red flag was they said they were out for delivery at 6:20pm but on the tracker the delivery car sat in one spot for 20 mins then finally made it to my unit by 7:05which is crazy because this location is literally only 7mins away from my apartment anyways when the food came one pizza was burnt and really dry we called the location we were told they never got a order from us so then I went up to the location the lady tried to say again the pizza didn’t come from there I then showed a online receipt with saying it came from that location now she saying for a refund she has to recharge my card in order to do a refund I then pull out my phone to record because I’m letting her know that makes no sense let me speak to the manager she says I am the manager and rolls her eyes I then tell her what u asking to do makes no sense why would u charge me again to give me a refund when you already got the first payment she then says we’ll come back tomorrow and I’ll give it back at this point I’m puzzled because that also makes no sense I ask why would I have to come back tomorrow when I paid today did y’all have to wait till tomorrow to receive the money ? After some back and forth and now she see I’m upset she says well I can cancel the order and that will give a refund back to your card …..idk why she didn’t just start off with that she was getting a thrill with playing mind games until I started to record (Elizabeth made the burnt pizza and Jose was on the late delivery) (10/29)

THIS SPOT IS MY FAVORITE,PERRIS IS ONE OF THE MOST ATTENTIVE AND ENJOYABLE EMPLOYEES EVER..ALWAYS HELPFUL AND NEVER HAS AN ATTITUDE OR IS IN TOO BIG A HURRY TO JUST LET ME KNOW WHAT CUPONS OR DEALS APPLY TO ME ..also they make all the school pizzas for the local grade schools lunch and that's just rad!!! I feel horrible because I forget their names but my cashier was so nice and suggested the 6 cheese pizza! I asked for it to be crispy and it was done perfectly! Kisses for the Chef! The store was clean and my pizza was ready in no time! I definitely recommend this place!!

Seriously Domino's, this is BS. Almost didn't get the plain wings because they're now ($2 more) for some reason. And this is what I get! How can the person even boxing these think this is acceptable, could have at least thrown an extra in. This Domino's is always skimpy.

Not good integrity... ordered my pizza and it said it was delivered, but when I called, the store said it was on the way. Not to mention the rude 'why' when I asked to cancel. I don’t count on ordering from this store again. Offering a discount instead of actually addressing the issue only adds to the frustration. It's disappointing when customer trust isn't valued.
