App lie about the status of my pizza, the App mention a “Adrian had started my pizza, and it was going to be ready in 1-11min from 6:07 show up at 6:37 and was told that my order was a hour and a half to be ready, so the 26min that the app show was a lie and who ever this Adriana is that thought it’s ok to lie that she is starting my pizza, needs to be trained again and to not lie as it affects the customer and same goes to her direct manager

Last February Super Bowl Sunday, we ordered (4) pizzas from this Domino's Pizza in La Mirada. No issues with placing our order over the phone. The pizzas were ready in the time they said it would be. Good service!The pizzas tasted good. Everyone in the family was pleased with all the flavors we ordered. No complaints from anyone of us!

They never make the pizza right, little to literally no sauce and barely any cheese even when asked for EXTRA. In addition they burn the loaded tots and sandwiches. This specific restaurant is a waste of time, effort, and money. I will never be ordering from this establishment ever again. I have given them chance after chance and they have failed on every aspect- every time. Do NOT give this specific restaurant the time of day if you have any kind of self respect.

Ordered pizzas here for students for the past year, quality has dropped noticeably. Recent order was messed up, Matthew tried making it right. His manager then refused to help after driving to store. Terrible customer service.
The manager is very hard working and makes the best pizzas.

I ordered some pizza for dinner and its been two hrs and no pizza no answer from this location I called to get my money back and thy first put me on hold then just hung up on me now they don't even answer one ring and they click the phone it's so ridiculous

Just moved to a house in La Mirada. Wanted to celebrate with a tasty pizza. I called in after the first hour passed and Adrian said that there was only 1 car available and he’s sending 3 pizzas out at a time and that the driver is old and slow. A full 1 hour and 40 minutes later, I finally got my 2 pizzas but they forgot a topping I paid for. I used to live in the ghetto. Dominos was always fresh and fast out there lol This spot needs to hire more capable people

I ordered 2 pizza one is cheese and the other was half cheese and half cheese and ham. 52 bucks. I get the pizza it's cold! It has no sauce on it and they said I ordered it that way through the app. Ok whatever I guess. The other pizza barely had cheese on it and it was cold. I had to reorder the cheese pizza cause they would not replace both pizzas. The guy told me he would send the other pizza as a replacement for the crap pizza they gave me. I had both pizzas ready for them to take and all they did was bring the cheese pizza with sauce that I had to order again! But never delivered the other pizza as the replacement! I will never order from this location ever again. Horrible customer service and did not try to make it right! Here are the pics of the crap pizza!

Never ate or been inside of this dominos pizza but I have ordered delivery quite a few times. The pizza is always hot and good, the pasta is sometimes dry sometimes saucy but anyways food is overall good. We've gotten it delivered many times by who the texts say is Phillip and he's an older very nice man. Just wanted to say thanks Phillip for always being kind and he's always smiling when he delivers our food.
