App said pick up at 1119. Now 1131. Still waiting. What’s the point of the app? Also depending who is working the windows drinks can just sit there as they place new orders. Not sure why they don't have an extra window or call drinks ready when they are done. Would save guests from having water down drinks. Finally picked up drink at 1140. Note a manager started to help the window employee and mine was first called. Thinking manager saw my review. Thanks

Not super familiar with the menu but Shanti totally helped me out. She was patient and explained to me what we're some of her favorite drinks. Even though I felt that we were holding up the line, she never felt pressured to rush me. Thank you so much, Shanti! Appreciate you and your hard work!

We went for coffee and left with a blessing. We had a truly bizarre experience when the Triple RainBRO was handed to my Aunt. The cup was apparently broken, and the second it entered the car, it decided to baptize her and the center console. She’s now officially been initiated into the Church of Dutch Bros. The drinks were great, but we weren't expecting a full-immersion ceremony in the front seat!

Jessica is a badass she runs the am line like a warship! On top of that she already knows my drink order by heart!! If shes not working the line outside in the early mornings she’s shaking drinks behind the bar and leaving the cutest messages on my cups! Who ever hired this girl!!
