Still sitting at my table for 30 mins, I ordered a cold sandwich people who ordered right ahead of me already got their pizzas. There are a total of 5 tables of people. My first and last time here regardless if the food is good. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! A monkey could do better.
Well finally got my sandwich and it was good, but not worth waiting over 30 mins for. The girl who took our order had zero personality, however the girl bussing the tables was great, young girl with some tattoos. She refilled my drink and was very polite. Maybe she should teach the other girl some customer service lessons.

If you’re tired of pizza places that only give you a handful of toppings then worry no more. We could scarcely see the cheese beneath the mountain of ingredients placed before us. I fear all other pizzas will disappoint after this experience.
The staff was also incredibly friendly.

I got a small pizza with 3 toppings. It was about 25 dollars. I was not a cheap pizza. The taste was good. One big thing to notice here is that thy don't hold out on toppings. They pile them on. And the pizza was tasty. People who work there were friendly, and the restaurant was full. I was rather pleasantly surprised that restaurant that is in a rundown corner shopping area was this good. I will definitely take my parents and friends here. I saw what others were eating and it looked like home cooked Italian meals.

My neighbor has been telling me how good there sandwiches are and that I should try them. So for mothers day since my mom has been saying she wanted spaghetti. I thought it was a good day to try Gondola Pizza. Was myself and 3 other family members. Ordered a large pizza, salad a pasta dish and spaghetti. Got the pizza quickly and the salad just after that. But it took almost 1 hour to get the other two dishes. The staff was asked why it was taking so long and they just said they where slammed. People that came in ahead of use got there food way before us. 1 hour seems excessive for food. I feel if we had not approached the staff no one would have come over to our table and said anything.

My wife used to go here with her family growing up, so I've heard alot about it. It surpassed everything they told me about it!! If I could, I'd give them more stars!!!

Came in for the lunch special and some wings. Wings were as fatty as you could get. Waited 35 min for a slice of cheese pizza. Had to go ask, the gal behind the counter, who was on her phone. She brought us a luke warm slice that had just been sitting. The place was not busy either.
