The pizza was good but I am upset about the “wings” they sold me. There was so much fat in the wings that only about 10% of the wing was actual meat. They did offer me a refund but I do need people to know that if you order the wings, you will be disappointed.

Wanted to try some new pizza in the neighborhood and landed with Gandola Pizza in La Mirada. The pizza was honestly disgusting. The flavor is off, quality was very disappointing. I ordered a $50 giant pizza and was very disappointed. The cheese WAS VERY GREASY AND SAUCE IS VERY BLAND. For the price I paid, I expected something fresh and FLAVORFUL. An absolute joke. I feel ripped off, DISGUSTED & COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED.

Yesterday November 11, I went to the restaurant with nine of my friends for dinner and let me tell you this place was amazing. If I could give it 6 stars I really would. The workers we met had some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to a lot of fancy restaurants around the world and honestly this was the best. We felt so welcomed, and even when we spilled our drinks twice, they were so understanding and cleaned it up right away. Hospitality is 100 out of 10.
Now the food. For a big group like us, we thought it would take a while, but the food came out fast and everything was delicious. The garlic bread, the spaghetti and meatballs, and the giant two-topping pizza with basil and pepperoni were all so good. If they had hot honey, that pizza would’ve been next level.

Still sitting at my table for 30 mins, I ordered a cold sandwich people who ordered right ahead of me already got their pizzas. There are a total of 5 tables of people. My first and last time here regardless if the food is good. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! A monkey could do better.
Well finally got my sandwich and it was good, but not worth waiting over 30 mins for. The girl who took our order had zero personality, however the girl bussing the tables was great, young girl with some tattoos. She refilled my drink and was very polite. Maybe she should teach the other girl some customer service lessons.
If you’re tired of pizza places that only give you a handful of toppings then worry no more. We could scarcely see the cheese beneath the mountain of ingredients placed before us. I fear all other pizzas will disappoint after this experience.
The staff was also incredibly friendly.
