My neighbor has been telling me how good there sandwiches are and that I should try them. So for mothers day since my mom has been saying she wanted spaghetti. I thought it was a good day to try Gondola Pizza. Was myself and 3 other family members. Ordered a large pizza, salad a pasta dish and spaghetti. Got the pizza quickly and the salad just after that. But it took almost 1 hour to get the other two dishes. The staff was asked why it was taking so long and they just said they where slammed. People that came in ahead of use got there food way before us. 1 hour seems excessive for food. I feel if we had not approached the staff no one would have come over to our table and said anything.

Came in for the lunch special and some wings. Wings were as fatty as you could get. Waited 35 min for a slice of cheese pizza. Had to go ask, the gal behind the counter, who was on her phone. She brought us a luke warm slice that had just been sitting. The place was not busy either.

Had to wait over a 1 hour for our pizza to be served at our table. Spent 100.00 on pizzas and salad. When I asked the server why so long they said they were busy. They should have told us that when we ordered ! Wound have went elsewhere. Other people also were having the same complaints. WON’T BE GOING BACK!!!

Gondola pizza is one of the best pizza places around. You actually get toppings on your pizza, which is refreshing, considering most pizza places these days think a pizza is "art" and you place a small amount of toppings on a sweet sauce. These are real pizzas, generous toppings, flavorful savory sauce, and great dough. One thing to be aware of is the crust. You can get your crust "less done" and "more done". They do more done by default, which for me, borders on burnt. Less done is a perfect brown. If you order online, you can actually select those options. Highly recommend!
