You're warned. Horrible customer service! Had me waited for half an hour during finals week, when I asked ab my drink, they gave me a wrong receipt for a complete different order. I understand the student barista makes mistakes and he politely apologized. However, the older manager lady handled it horribly. I repeated myself many times, "Just give me a refund I don't want to wait anymore". yet she went ahead and started making my drink, when I repeated myself again, she dumped the drink into the sink with a pissed face. When she proceed with the refund, she asked for my name on a piece of paper. I gave her my name, bruh was impatient af "I'm asking all of your info, what's your ID?!", like it was not her responsibility to explain things clearer to me at the beginning? A simple way to solve this would be an apology plus a free drink, disappointedly they got no customer service ethics :(

Went to the cafe to get a caramel frappe and the entire drink was too watered down. Not drinkable once you took a few sips because they put too much ice in my drink. Paid for extra caramel and they gave me less as well as there being WAY too much milk in the drink. could barely taste the coffee or caramel syrup. The snacks were amazing but the drink ruined my experience there. Happened more then once. If a worker named Matthew is behind the counter making drinks DO NOT get any frappe they have.

This place is DISGUSTING! NEVER get the açaí bowls, the bananas are frozen, crunchy, and not to mention they numb your tongue. Secondly, they barley put any açai base in the bowl, which was practically frozen, had no flavor what so ever, and could only taste the ice. Lastly, if you want a flavorful, sweet, and refreshing açai, DO NOT ever come here!!!

The Heritage Café serves Starbucks coffee making it the least desirable coffee option on campus in my opinion. Coffee aside, this is a very popular location on campus and is usually pretty busy. The indoor seating is rarely available but there is plenty of outdoor seating. The café was incorporated into what used to be the Biola Heritage museum and therefore there are many historical items and photos on display.
