If you have a bunch of signs saying the dining area is open for take out and pick up only, Then why are both entrance and exit door locked?Whats the purpose of the mobile app? Being able to order ahead and preparing orders early on the app is a feature implemented for customers that don't want to wait in a 7 car line.That being said,Doesn't that defeat the purpose of your signs?Try getting signs saying the dining hall isn't open at all.False advertisement isn't good for business.

I wish I would give them no stars ! I went to Jack at 8pm on Sunday . The drive thru light was still on but inside look kinda dark and i noticed the drive thru window was open and i also checked the time it said closed at 12am . No one was answering me thought the intercom . So I pulled up to the window and heard someone in there and finally an older lady showed up saying there closed but I replied saying it says your close at 12 and she looked at me and ignored me !!! Very rude !!

This is my favorite Jacks to go to.Great customer service (occasionally you will run into a rude lady, but I've only ever seen her once at night)Great food! There are some Jacks that have stale fries, and tacos with too much grease. This Jack's always has good quality food and really good fries; both curly and regular. Their spicy chicken sandwich and spicy chicken strips are really good here. The sodas here are well carbonated as well.They rarely mess up on my orders. Most Jack's have me going back to the drive thru because they missed something or added something I didn't want. These guys are almost always on it (of course it has happened where there is a mistake but they're really friendly about it and it rarely happens.)

Pull in at the drive thru at 9:40 pm, but got turn away because the employee stated they are closed. Website state open till Midnight for drive thru and open sign still up. Neighboring city Jack in the Box are open till midnight or 2:00am. Wanted to support local to my city fast food but will not come back to this location again.

Waited two hours for this location to deliver via Doordash, until the just canceled my order. Horrible service. This isn’t the first time they failed either. I hope their store goes out of business.

Very neat and convenient spot. They offer big meals and for inexpensive rates. I enjoyed the food a lot and the staff were super friendly and explanatory. Highly recommended.
At the moment you come to this place team give you a pleasant feeling. Very warm crew, it is a good restaurant to to go out with buddies or with your date. Great food, specialist chef de cuisine, modest cost and attentive service. Highly recommended.

Worst jack in the box ever. The manager was visiting with a friend and a child. The child kept running thru the lobby holding his butt then running to the bathroom. The manager was sitting in the lobby while the one other employee worked. She told customers that they were not taking orders and made them leave. The lobby was filthy.

Soda machine wasn't able to dispense ice because was broken therefore the soda tastes flat and seems that they never clean the dispenser faucets so when you start pouring your drink black pieces of debris star falling into your cup and also the restroom not very clean with a disgusting odors come from the sewer?????
