This place is a joke! They never have the same hours they have on the website. Always closing earlier numerous times. They don't answer the phone you can never know if they're really open. What a waste of time and gas money!

This was easily the worst customer service I've witnessed in years. My girlfriend and I stood at the counter for a solid 10 minutes before even being LOOKED AT by either of the two workers. Should have left... but we wanted a smoothie real bad.This is a call for reform from the people of La Mirada to the people of Jamba Juice (no, I will not call it "Jamba").

Jamba Juice in La Mirada is always a nice stop for a fresh beverage. The store is well maintained and the staff have been amicable. Never quite sure why there is a bike in the main area, perhaps that is normal for the whole chain? All in all a great La Mirada stop!

Probably the WORST jamba juice they are ALWAYS out of SOMETHING!! this is the 3rd time i come in and they are out of something. 1st time no bananas 2nd time no bowls 3rd time no strawberries SMH! Why even open if you dont have all ingredients needed for customers to purchase. There is literally a Albertsons next door. Will have to find a Jamba that is actually stocked up!!

After ordering online, when picking up my order, I was informed they were out of some things. They did offer a substitu8, but it was not what I ordered and wanted. Jamba needs to tie their inven5to their order like just about everyone else does.

I've been coming here due to work and the smoothies have been ok. I tried most of them already and to be honest this time around I was not satisfied. It might have been because there was so many people and there was not enough workers. To say the least the drinks are amazing, I just think that the people that work there need to practice customer service skills.

I GET JAMBA EVERYDAY. 7/7 I have been to this location more than a few times, definitely over 10. EVERY TIME I go I am disappointed. I ask for additions to my drinks and they CHARGE ME but won't include it in the drink. So THEYRE BASICALLY STEALING. A lot of the employees do not even know what a split cup is, or how it works for large drinks ,that include shots. Like I just paid $38 for 2 drinks and shots no food, nothing else. The worst part: they have an attitude, not the people at the register it's mostly the people that make the drinks that are super rude and disrespectful.
EVERYWHERE IS HIRING and this owner has the nerve to make people work in this heat with no AC! Not okay,jerk. I'll never give them my business again.

This place is slow, they don't answer the phone to call in an order and there's no restrooms. It's so sad that certain communities get poorer service and that's exactly what's going on here. I came in at 934 and didn't leave until 945. The people working here weren't particularly friendly and it was super slow to receive my drink. The drink was good but I don't think I'll return.

Thee worst service ever, I got there with my fiancée and we got two bowls one açaí bowl and one chunky strawberry bowl. The açaí bowl wasn't even full it looked like it was just literally thrown in there and sent on its way and the strawberry chunk one looked perfectly as it suppose to be. Mind we got there at 5:46pm. Definitely won't be coming back on top of that it looks like they didn't even clean the scoops or the blender cause there was chunks of mango mixed into my açaí bowl.
