Went there on a Wednesday around lunch time. Mobile order was supposed to be ready at 1122am. Arrived and order was not ready. Maybe 5 people in line. I was told my order was next. As people slowly kept moving along the line and new customers filing in my order was not attended to. My order was not started and it was 1140am so I asked for my refund. Will not be coming back as I can see based on the pace and organization of the workers there how they get so backed up.

Use to be my go to place for sandwiches. Quality and service have gone down considerably. Very disapointed. Ordered online, subs not ready when specified, not even started. Took another 20 minutes in store.

It's 7:45 pm on a Sunday evening and they are all out of bread. Now it's obvious that nobody was paying attention to making more bread long before they ran out Can you imagine if IN-N-OUT ran out of bread or meat for that matter. IN-N-OUT NEVER runs out of anything. This is Very Poor Management and who suffers? The customer. This is like the newspaper running out of INK, it doesn't happen but here at Jersey Mike's we don't get paid enough to plan ahead. Waste of time and fuel

I used to love this place. Some of the best sandwiches around. Would even look for them for lunch working as an unlicensed contractor. Hadn't been there in a few months, so I went yesterday... Ordered (2) large big kahuna's w/extra meat & a bottled tea... total was $62??? The basic sandwich starts at $20, extra meat was another $5. It's really sad because they make such a good sandwich. But at these prices, I don't see how they can stay in business. I will most likely not return, based on their pricing alone.

Would rate zero if that was possible. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Asked for juices on the side, which the girl who helped me was half ass about. Threw the containers in the bag, and when I went to work, all the oil had leaked in the bag. Ruined my car seat. Called th store they won't take responsibility for it. They lost a customer and don't care.

Saw one of the workers blow his nose then work the register and the put on glove and start handling the food. He didn't wash his hands once. He didn't have a badge but he seemed to be the lead staff just by how he was talking to the other employees. That was so nasty I just threw my food away.
Like I said they have some bomb sandwiches. Good place for lunch dinner snack or what ever

I went into this particular location to order a sandwich for my son and a sun in a tub for myself. I notified staff that I had a gluten allergy. I noticed that they had the clean area behind the counter. Then then person who was cutting the meat begins to take a dirty towel to wipe off the blades and bread crumbs from counter I said again I had an allergy. He says I'm going to wipe off and use a clean board. I said you are not using the clean area he said we use both. I passed on my salad because they are choosing to cross contaminated instead of using clean area. I won't be returning to this location die to the staff lack of care and training for allergies. No manager was available.
