My first time coming here as soon as I walked in I didnt even get a hello I started to order im guessing people here don't speak so when I order my 1st meal she gave me my total didn't even asked if I wanted something else so I looked at her and said I wasn't done ordering. When she called my order number I got up to get my food she didnt even say thank you or anything just gave me my bag and she walked away. We paying for service and we don't get it. This is the worst service teach your cashiers to be friendly maybe thats why the restaurant didnt have any people. Won't be returning to this place anymore
Chicken is great 95% of the time, once in a while its not as good. The cashier seems grumpy when they aren't busy. They charge extra if you use a credit card. A little expensive but overall worth it.

The server was rude and unfriendly. Might even be racist. The food is expensive for the amount and quality it presents. Small and salty. I was hoping to like it and come back. But the attitude of the people who run that place disappointed me and my companion.

The food is really good, but my favorite is the chicken.
The chicken was hot and delicious. The service and the bad attitude of the cashier was horrible. Very rude with her eye rolling and bored look on her face as if we were bothering her. The other employees had death glares staring at us from behind the kitchen counter. Over all impression of the workers there was we were not welcomed there. We ordered a whole chicken ,and a side of rice but did not receive the rice in our order bag. We alalso only received 3 leg quarters. Not a whole chicken! First and last time we will go to this location. It's a shame because the food is great.

I had lunch with a friend who lives nearby. Ordered the thigh and leg combo. It was really good. I live in the San Fernando Valley, but I think the food was good enough to warrant another visit here. I also enjoyed the Orange Cream drink. I rode the Metrolink train to Norwalk and took Norwalk Transit Bus 4 and got off at Imperial Highway / Santa Gertrudes bus stop to visit the restaurant.
