I usually come here a lot but today 12/24 food was terrible we got home with two hungry kids in tow and the food did not look or taste good. It looks like they gave us pizza from the night before, the sauce is clumpy and the food looks cold and tasted cold. I want my money back I would call corporate but they didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t even do that. Here’s photos of the pizza we were given

Got a lunch combo and I don’t know which one was the worst piece. Not enough sauce or cheese making the pizza just tastes like plain bread. The associates were just hanging out in the back with no one up front. Sadly disappointing.

They disabled online ordering and every time I ask. They said it must be because they're too busy. It's been months.

Location is always busy on the weekends but i appreciate the positive attitudes from employees. I am a frequent customer and Josh always has a smile on his face. I also use the mobile app for convenience.

Ordered a pizza today and when I received it it looked like the Doordash driver ate all my pepperoni and cheese off half my pizza. All I got was 25% refunded awesome way to take care of your customers.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for my order.
And received a email my order has been canceled due to driver error.
No response on a refund
Called the 800 on the email only to be told I have to wait 14 days for a refund.
Totally unacceptable.
I paid in good faith and in good faith you should refund my $38.
I will report to BBB

I always order by app. But, they never make pizza on time. Usally, need to wait 20-30min even I ordered by online. And the staff don't think what is wrong and never say sorry.

Waited 30 minutes for a cheese pizza and a ultimate pizza, and got a dry old thin one. Absolutely ridiculous. We only go there because it's cheap the one pizza was 6 bucks,but now they are just giving us the old pizzas that are trash,even after waiting half a hour?!?.... the workers are always really nice tho,really chill dudes.

Parking: Its always a cluster fuck. It's so cramped to get in and out,it's a awful layout
