Service here sucks. If they don't see you leave a tip, they mess your order up on purpose and take their sweet time doing it. The food is good. I will never come back because of their petty cashiers though. My first time experience was good since I left a tip but the last two times were ridiculous.

Food is great but guy at the register named Mario was very rude. After ordering my food I glanced at my receipt and it something totally different. So I went and asked. He said that’s what you ordered. I told him no. I know exactly what I ordered and this ain’t it. His reply was I’ll change it this time. So I told him, feel free to look at your cameras. I know exactly what I asked for. He then went off to say some snarky remarks to the staff working behind the counter.

Parking: It’s a small parking lot. I was thinking I wouldn’t find a spot and we’d go someplace else. Thankfully there was one spot left.

Have been to this place a couple of times before and service was good but don’t know why this last visit on 8/25/24 was horrible. They took extra long to prepare my order. Instead they completed two other orders before mine. Chicken gyros were cold by the time I got to eat them. Chicken was hard.??. So disappointed. Asked what the problem was and cashier acted like he didn’t know what was going on. Probably will never go back to this place. Spent a lot of money for 3 people and even gave a tip.

Had the Falafel plate. Comes with rice salad, and pita. It was ok. I was slightly disappointed with the portion size for the price. Staff was polite and the place was well kept.

First off let me say, the food is tasty. I’m happy we have a gyro place like Nick the Greek close by!
However, when ordering, I saw the option to have the fries on the side (rather than inside the pita) and for an extra dollar add more fries. So that’s what I did and I expected to essentially be getting the equivalent of a small side of fries. What my wife and I got felt like the equivalent of what would have just be on the pita itself, though, not extra. In total we each only got a small handful of fries.
Aside from feeling short-changed on the fries, the food was good though and I’d definitely give Nick the Greek another chance.

Wanted to support la mirada restaurants and I am glad I did. I have been craving a gyro for the longest and met my expectation. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

Myself, not a Greek fan. At least Greek food anyway. This Nick's is a chain and I hate to say but in this day, that's a negative. Too many chains serving up mediocre sameness. I digress, Nick's served as tasty a Greek meal as I've ever had albeit a bit of an outlay but I suppose I should accept the days of meals under $10 are gone.
Parking: Lot is shared with the habit and spots aren't plentiful.
