Oh Mama Kitchen is a small catering and to-go spot offering a wide variety of Korean soul foods, such as 전, 김밥, 만두, and assorted side dishes perfect for busy people looking for comforting, home-style meals. Tucked into a modest retail space, it happens to be one of my sister’s favorite places. They prepare many delicious dishes in ready-to-go boxes, making it easy and convenient to enjoy authentic Korean flavors. It’s easy to see why this place is quickly gaining popularity.

The cashier guy was very friendly! The customers are super friendly too! They explain to me about some food that I have questions to. I LOVE their attitudes. I like all the food except the roll. That one wasn’t my favorite. But everyone have different tastes. 10/10 would recommend 🥰

As soon as it was my turn to pay, lady at the register suddenly changed her facial expression and tone. She started slurring her words to the point where I could barely hear what she was saying. Totally different person from who she was 5 seconds ago with the cutomer infront of me. Food is good but on the pricier side. Would probably go to hmart for kimbap instead.

My family and I have shopped here for years. The shop is clean, well-stocked, and the gimbap, tteok and banchan we’ve purchased have always been fresh and well-made.

The young woman who’s always at the register and who I believe is the owner, isn’t very friendly and generally curt but we’ve never taken offense. However, I was so appalled and honestly disgusted by her demeanor on our last visit.

Many times I’ve personally seen her look annoyed or upset, but this time while waiting for her to finish ringing up the customer in front of us, I saw her give the dirtiest look towards the woman as soon as she turned around to leave. It wasn’t even a quick look or side eye; it went on for at least 5-6 long, awkward seconds while we were clearly in full view. As we slowly approached the counter, she still had the scowl on her face, didn’t even look up, acknowledge or greet us as we put our items down to pay.

As someone in the restaurant/hospitality industry and also having opened and operated a retail food store, I completely understand how annoying and infuriating the job can be especially when dealing with entitled or difficult customers. I don’t know what her interaction was with this particular guest that warranted such a nasty look- but please don’t do it in the open especially when you’re the only one in a customer-facing role. Step away and take a breather in the kitchen. Or maybe have someone else run the register. It left such a bad taste in my mouth and ruined the whole vibe of the place that I don’t feel compelled to stop by anytime soon.

If you're in need of getting your Korean food fix at home, Oh Mama Kitchen is your place to go for that need. Since we were in the area, friend and I stopped by to grab some food to enjoy later.

Decent amount of parking in the lot. We easily found a spot and stopped by around 2 pm. They constantly stock their shelves and fridge so we weren't concerned about missing out on an item we wanted. Plenty of side dishes, main entrees, desserts, and drinks to choose from!

I picked up their steak bulgogi kimbap ($10), large japchae ($10), and some mochi ($7.50). I had initially wanted their non-spicy fish cake but they only had the small container ($8) of the non-spicy and the large container only had the spicy fish cake ($10) so I skipped out on that. I also appreciated that the person ringing up my order asked if I was going to eat the japchae that same day, as I had picked up the refrigerated box that's already cool and good for heating up later and not the container that was freshly made and still warm.

The inside isn't too big and if there are a lot of customers inside, it may feel a bit cramped. Luckily, most people know what they want, so the line to check out isn't long. Make sure to grab a basket so you're not juggling all the items in your arms!

They sell a wide variety of Korean side dishes (banchan) as well as traditional Korean drinks like sujeonggwa and sikhye. The food is generally excellent, and while I’d recommend the side dishes overall, the pork bulgogi is especially worth trying.

Stopped by here today. Only to be looked away and igonored and slight look of contempt. I dont know if that lady was the owner or manager or just working there. Never even greeted me or even recognized me. Never going back there and shittiest feeling you can have for such a short visit.

Very clean shop! Reminds me of another shop similar to this set up back in NorCal! There’s a few premade or frozen food options to select from but everything here were made fresh. I saw a few Ommas working on some bonchons. Shop is inside a plaza so parking isn’t a hassle. Perfect spot if you’re just grabbing something small to eat but isn’t hungry enough for a full Korean dine in restaurant in surrounding area. No sit down area in the shop cause it’s designed to be like a mini mart

This Korean restaurant exceeded all my expectations! The service was exceptionally warm and friendly, and the staff made great recommendations based on my preferences. The food was incredibly flavorful, especially the kimchi pancakes and the bibimbap. Each dish had a unique twist, making every bite memorable. The ambiance was perfect for a dinner out; the minimalist design with touches of Korean culture created a relaxing yet vibrant environment. A fantastic place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
