I went through the drive-thru (no wait, which was great) and ordered a 12 piece of bone-in fried chicken wings! Popeyes uses AI to take your order, but you can revise your order (make changes) at the next window. The wings were very delicious and savory. The customer service was great!
I prefer this location to the one in La Habra. This location is more generous with their portions, and friendlier too. only four stars because they were very slow and the problem is staffing. these restaurants are cutting down on staff to save money, but it costs customers quality service. Popeyes is getting too expensive. I think the company would do better if their prices weren't so high. For this price I can go to a sit-down restaurant and get waited on.
Very good customer service, I loved the treatment and patience of the people here, first time in this place and everything was perfect, the food was delicious, 100% recommended
