Opportunity for great service being missed if the staff were better trained.. the male Asian servers should be friendlier and more polite and more engaging, a smile here and there greetings of hello and goodbye, would be appreciated.. Good food is half the equation and you guys have that covered but the service side needs work..

It's not bad it date night with your Wife or get away time with trusted friends. So you can enjoy every minute of great meal.

A lot of shabu shabu ingredients choice. Fresh vegi and meat.

Very good AYCE shabu-shabu restaurant, very spacious inside. I like how they didn’t cram a lot of tables in it. Even the waiting lobby had a lot of space to seat. There were a bunch of huge TVs to watch and it wasn’t too loud inside. Like the menu says, you pick a soup base, pick your meats, pick some other ingredients from the bar and then cook them in front of you. Some ovens can be finicky but the staff is there to help. You can order as much meat as you can consume. The quality of the food was fresh and it was great.

A large group of us came here after attending a funeral. The staff seated us in a designated area and emphasized—several times—that we had to completely fill each table before moving on to the next. We also weren’t given a choice of broth; the same one was served to everyone. Meat options were limited to just two types.

While we didn’t necessarily mind, it did feel a bit rigid, especially considering we were bringing in a substantial group and giving them good business. On a positive note, the veggie bar was fresh and plentiful as always.

This place is great. My family loves it my son has this as one of his favorite places to eat. The wait is usually not a problem no more than a 15mim of what I have Waited at peak time

Place was ok. Never coming again. Servers were not good. Very slow service. Get our meat 5 to 10 minutes later after asking. Very limited options to change the base soup. Like cmon no chili oil or garlic? Found hair in the vegetables. Server told us it was a netting used for the vegetables... so that makes it ok..? The meats were mediocre at best. Lamb and ribeye smelled a ton when eating. Top blade will always be the best in cheap shabus. Thank me later. Da da shabu in irvine will never be topped, a little more expensive than this place but worth it. go there instead. Don't know how this place is 4.4 stars. 3 stars.
