idk what the point of appointments are at this place, show up at your appointment and it takes 3 hours to get a door. once you’re finally in the door another truck will pull up and get off loaded before you do. only good thing about this place is you can park on industrial rd over night
This is the facility where they fill the cans with product, this not a store to purchase the product.
They go by appointments, so make sure to show up a bit early. They're nice people overall. The forklift operators are also the ones doing check-in, so you may wait a while.
Once they start unloading, they're very quick. The biggest downside is that you have to park on the street and walk in. Sometimes, that means you're walking a long way. And the street is usually pretty packed.
I’m lucky this time with drip and hook pallets and the hostler even let me hook and drop and he docked my mt for me.
But now dealing with the bs half of it and waiting in the lobby that has no attendant or even any way to let anybody know your here to check in.
Last time I had to park a block away on the busy street to do the lobby waiting game and then again to check out.
Thought cap California businesses
Very nice staff, Marco, and Maria. and 30 minutes or less to load.
The parking is ridiculous and they always seem short staffed. You'll definitely be waiting awhile,
I didn't have the same good fortune other reviewers posted here. I arrived at National Beverage (Shasta) a half hour before appointment time. They didn't get me in a dock until almost 5 hours after. I waited at their shipping/receiving window for nearly an hour trying to get someone's attention. The warehouse workers who DID see me did their darndest to ignore me. Bad experience. Probably won't return.
Staff have attitude problems
Quick and easy with no hassle. Nice employees.
Is the locker room haunted because people be saying it let me know

Have to park on the street and walk to the check in area which is the FAR right corner of the building (door is usually cracked open). I took the industrial center street all the way around since this was my second time coming here and works out better going that way. 8/7/24 with a 4pm delivery. Got there around 3:45pm. Checked in, filled out some paperwork, they take your phone number to call you and what dock door to be parked at. Didn't get a call back until I'd say 35-45 min of waiting in my truck, got parked at dock door 14, waited another 45 min or so for the unload. Their parking lot could get cleaned up, has random asphalt holes but the good thing is, the dock doors are spaced out pretty far apart.
My 1st delivery here was a 10pm drop and was a lot better and faster. No traffic on the street, easy back up and they unloaded me 30 min quick in and out and drive back to the Terminal was a breeze! I'd take another late night drop here again. (BTW, the property next door with that open gate is no longer there, the lot is under construction as of today and not sure when it'll be finished).
Once you get a door you out in 30 to 45 min.
Very Long time waiting to get a door. Appt 9 am , got unloaded 2 o’clock. No parking lots. Only one the street. I don’t suggest it at all
Very long wait to even get a door even when you have an appointment time over two hours waiting for a door.
Marcus and Maria are so great thank you guys
