The music was sow loud in here they had to take my order 4 times and still got it wrong. I was expecting to see a disco ball and go go dancers, even when I got my order I had to ask for a sleeve and the employee just said hu! I asked again and she said no Steve doesn't work in the morning.

I’ve come here multiple times on my way to work and everytime I have had horrible customer service through the drive through, fire Ellie - theres another girl worker if it isnt ellie who has had a disgusting attitude every morning and I can’t help to think what could be so awful this early in the morning. She rushed my order and yelled agressively if that is all while i was deciding to order (mind you not even a whole minute passed ) Other times i’ve come here there was this lazy slurred voice of hello, what do you want? - you would think the attitude wouldnt have an effect on your purchase especially drove through but it had a huge difference, I never noticed because you dont think about it but after hearing this girls voice it just ruined my whole day

Associates there are rude and wouldn’t make change for a dollar, claiming they can’t open the register without a sale. I stepped aside and was waiting for the cashier to open the register and she says to me they aren’t allowed to make change.

Most of the morning baristas are slow and rude. The machines never pull good espresso shots and drinks are inconsistent. I prefer the starbucks on Hillsborough but sometimes I'm running late and come to this store. Every single time I do, I'm disappointed!
