Horrible customer service :( I never want to come back here again. I waited 20 minutes for my one drink to be ready, and when I asked the barista if my order was ready she rolled her eyes at me? I asked for light ice and she made half of my venti drink out of ice????

I don't normally write reviews but I've been to this location a couple times because of its location while I'm out running errands. I've come here three times in a row and every time my order has been wrong. All three experiences have been using the drive thru. One of these visits I double checked my drinks before I left since it's been wrong so many times at this location. Two of my three drinks was incorrect and they forgot one of my drinks completely. When I brought it up to them before I left I asked if I could have it corrected and they looked at me annoyed. I understand that errors happen every once in a while but it's been too consistent. These times I've gone the line hasn't been very long so I'm curious on what happened. Guess I'll be heading to the Starbucks on Rosecrans and La mirada instead. Even if it's out of the way and they don't have a drive thru.

This Starbucks on telegraph and carmenita in Whittier boy oh boy.... Slow as molasses. I placed an online order before going to work around 6:50am I arrived at around 7:25. My food order was ready but my coffee order was not. I waited another 10 min. I asked how much longer will it be and she never answered me. I waited another 5 min. I asked again how much longer for my drink order. Gave her my name and again she was flustered and did not answer my question. Turns out my ticket was lost.... So instead of asking me what did I order and I can show them my receipt on my phone she just ignored me. It was such a bad start to my Friday ( shaking my head) .To get my refund I had to wait on another huge line. I just left. I was out my coffee that morning. So disappointed ☹️☹️

we were headed on a small road trip and had to start off with some coffee in the morning and we placed an order for our drinks with no issue. we arrived and the drive thru line was really backed up so we were glad we ordered online. we went inside and after a small wait our drinks were ready. we went outside and the very busy drive thru line disappeared and there was nobody else so they must've served everyone very quickly. it's a bit of a smaller parking lot because it is on the corner of the busy intersection but you should be able to get in and out easily.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE THEY HAVE SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE WRITE A FAKE 5 STAR REVIEW TO COVER THIS. I Honestly am so sorry but if you're looking for an outlet you're better off spending $12.99 at Panera Bread to get "Unlimited, Tea, Coffee, Ice Coffee, Soda, and Tea Refreshers ALL DAY LONG!!!!" the best part is there's always outlets available even under the long tables perfect for studying and charging up your phone before you head out to start your tasks for the day! This Starbucks needs better customer service and I'm disappointed by the efforts to make it a friendly environment. I waived and said Hello when greeted At the door. Not only was I being stereotyped but I was being judged for not ordering first and decided to sit down and look for an outlet. People should be able to come in and feel welcomed which I did not feel welcomed. Don't look for outlets! This bothers the workers because when people sit down it means they have to "work" and not talk since if it's an empty store they can slack off Chit chat and make themselves drinks!! I should know I used to work for Starbucks! They hate when people sit down and charge there phones and study and use the outlets because they have to act like they are "working" and "clean" when other people are sitting down and get to enjoy the coffee and lounging hence the point of a coffee shop? Anyways the Bacon Gouda sandwich I ordered was old and gave me stomach poisoning because the egg and the date was old. IDK if they gave me this sandwich because I made a comment about us tax payers paying taxes and not being able to use outlets because they have outlets that are not turned on for the reason of people sitting down to charge their devices in 2023??? After getting sick from the bacon Gouda and having diarrhea it is very clear that when they say "This food and beverages has cancer containing chemicals and products" on their store sign that they are suppose to clearly display. I use to work at Starbucks And you can ask the manager If you don't believe me. Google it. It's a real sign and it's accurate. It does have cancer containing chemicals due to my stomach instantly rejecting the food after 10 minutes of consuming it. I will no longer spend my money at Starbucks maybe if they catch up with Panera's subscription they might actually have better "quality food" and can afford to keep their electricity on since the AC is always running but the outlets are off?? Some Multi Billion Dollar company right? This is Just a review about my experience yesterday I would suggest a different Starbucks not this one if you only buy coffee cus of the name? If you buy Starbucks cus you think it's classy you're better off making your own espresso. There are better coffee shops down the street this one might spit in your drink before you receive it. Saving you from stomach problems You are welcome. p.s. they probably use the olive oil to help loosen the gas and poop inside your intestines from all the toxic cancer causing chemicals inside their coffee and outdated cheap frozen food.

I come to this location everyday! The baristas know my name, my drink and food. They also know my 4yo name as well. They are kind and overall super sweet.His location is SUPER busy and at times has the drive thru full, but it's worth the wait because their cold brew ALWAYS is on point, unlike other stores that don't brew it correctly. A shout out to Reyna, Ellie, Jackie, Destiny, Cambria and Sarah, oh and the sweetest Marinel. Thanks for starting my day off right!!!
