I was worried when I heard some Starbucks locations were closing, and I hoped this location wouldn’t be affected—because it truly stands out! I’m not usually the type who studies here or orders multiple drinks, but there’s something about this store that makes you want to keep coming back. This Starbucks deserves all the stars in the world plus more!
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every time a customer walks through the door, they’re greeted with a smile. I’ve never once heard any negativity from the team member or customers—it’s such a positive environment where everyone genuinely enjoys being there. I have over so many years of retail history, so I know when I see and experience excellent customer service and I can say with confidence that everyone strives to do better, be better, and excel in what they do here!
On my visits, Dani remembered me after two visits and struck up a kind, encouraging conversation, which made me feel valued. David impressed me with his knowledge of the menu and thoughtful drink recommendations. And the little handwritten notes on the cups? Absolutely adorable! They always brighten my day and show how much the staff goes above and beyond.
To the Starbucks team, thank you all for creating such a warm and uplifting space. And whatever it is that your guys are doing, keep it up! This Starbucks feels like my second home! :)

Clean, friendly employees. Bathroom was clean and fresh! The caramel macchiato I ordered tasted exactly the way it did in the early days - ratio to coffee, crash, caramel was spot on. Very delicious!

I didn't wanna leave behind bagle crumbles, so I asked a plate that wasn't complimentary. Kind enough to get me one anyway. Iced matcha latte is awesome, and coffee is top of all as it has always been.

Is there something unique about each branch of Starbucks? It's all the same. This is a place I sometimes come to when I need to use the Internet or work, but today it's giving me a headache as to why the employees are laughing and talking so loudly among themselves. The customers are talking quietly, but the staff is talking so loudly that it interferes with the customers' conversation, which is very distracting. Instead of just chatting for a while, they chatted throughout the work for more than three or four hours. One woman, perhaps a friend of the staff, sits at a table and chats with the bar staff from a distance, but they shout at each other a lot. Then, I turned the phone up loudly on the speaker phone and made a call. I heard that people don't go to Starbucks often these days. I wonder if this has an effect. If you don't like it, go somewhere else? ㅇㅋ I understand.
I went in here on Christmas Day and the staff were VERY friendly and pleasant! It always seems to be the case at this location whenever I've gone there. I've visited some other Starbucks locations where the staff seem very aloof for whatever reason...even though I'm polite, tip, and order a very simple drink (usually a grande coffee of the day with half and half)! I do really like Starbucks coffee, and that's what keeps me coming back. This store was a very refreshing experience! Thank you and keep up the good work!

The register guy, Nathan, kuel as heck. Very polite, more than willing to provide what I was asking for, a few times lol. And the hot coffee is a Hot coffee. Didn't get any food so I hit the 3 star mark.

I am a frequent Starbucks customer. This was the first time I visited this location. It was pleasant the staff were nice and the barista was intriguing. What I like best is they aren't using those new horrid coffee bean dispensers. They make the weakest coffee and give me the impression Starbucks is trying to squeeze me for more money. The only way to get the UMPH the coffee had before the dispenser is to get an extra shot....which cost me more. So bravo for not installing those dispensers at this location
