Usually the Starbucks I'm at because it's the closest. Whoever the older gentleman that works there in the AM, needs an attitude adjustment.

Being a regular customer, I am super disappointed that my drinks are starting to look like this. There is still a lot of drink missing and its already full of ice. I decided to finally say something and I was clearly being ignored and felt like a pest. I didn't want to make a scene so I left. I know they are super busy but come on. I really hope to not get another drink like this in the future. Please do better

WORSE Starbucks I've ever been to!!! I placed an order, one hot coffee and 2 egg bites. I saw a woman upset waiting for her order, she was visibly angry and when her she received it and heard her say "ridiculous" as she left (still upset) and I thought to myself, oh man I hope this doesn't take long. TWENTY THREE minutes later I FINALLY get my order and I was so frustrated. This took double the time it should have taken!!!! I counted 5 employees back there, and 4 of them talked too much and moved way too slow!!! Absolutely no hustle!! NONE!! This place SUCKED! Closest to my home, not even a mile away and I will never return there!! Burn it down and start over.

Good luck coming in the morning. It took 20 minutes to get a regular coffee. This is the first time I visit a Starbucks and wait this long for a regular pike place coffee. Usually, the person who takes the order, turns around and serves the coffee but not here.

Whenever I order it with light ice, the number of ice cubes varies ranging between 4 and 16. They need to make sure not to rely on their thought as the customer satisfaction also fluctuates.

Gotten mobile orders here a few times. This morning, 8/26 I stood directly in front of mobile pick up station to b ignored by all the female workers there. I stood there for 3 entire minutes while no one greeted me or asked if I had a pick up. Several other people came in and out and got served immediately when they walked up but for some reason these girls wouldn't even acknowledge me. Elizabeth who ignored me the entire time I stood there suddenly asked if I had a mobile order once she saw I went to the front register to try to get helped. Ignored me the entire time I stood in front of her then when she saw me walk to the front register she was suddenly ready to be of service. My drink was sitting without ice in it and the lid off the entire time I was in the store. Absolutely made me feel like I was invisible or like they purposely were avoiding helping me. Never will place an order at this location again. Terrible service.

This is the worst Starbucks place I've ever been to. It has been newly remodeled, but the people who worked there are the same, so when you order coffee, the taste is different every time you order. The person who works here seems to be more important to spend time chatting with colleagues than it is important to make and serving coffee with the same taste to customers.My name was on the outside of the coffee cup, so I checked that it was mine and tried to take it, but the other Frappuccino I ordered was not ready, so the worker stopped me from taking my coffee.My coffee was already made, but they had no intention of giving it to customers, and the workers were busy chatting and playing among themselves, so all the ice in the coffee melted and the ice was almost gone. Of course, the taste was too bland.Of course, the Frappuccino also tasted strange. There was no taste because something was missing from the contents, and it just tasted like crushed ice.If you want a regular Starbucks taste, you might not want to go here.
