My three children and I went in. We waited over twenty minutes just to order. There were two people ahead of us they each got one sandwich. Then they decided to start our order and go ahead and do a bunch of online orders. They finally started our order Then people inline behind us were helped and went around us. We got out thirty minutes later with food to go. We were the last people in the restaurant. No apologies or anything. Terrible service.

The menu says "convert any footlong to a bowl." So I ordered an Italian BMT bowl. The kid behind the counter says "Do you want a protein bowl, or a salad bowl?" I said, "What's the difference?" Kid says, "One's got more." OK. So I say, "Which one? More what?" Kid says, "One's got MORE" while he and the quiet girl working beside him nod their heads slowly in unison. Me: "OK, your menu right there says 'convert any footlong into a bowl.' That's what I want. A footlong Italian BMT converted to a bowl. No bun. Please." Kid says, "But do you want a protein bowl or a salad bowl?"Maybe I could've dealt with this if the answers hadn't been delivered with precisely the same tone, cadence, and blank stare as "It's got electrolytes." Maybe not. Went elsewhere and will never return.

All I was craving was a good tuna sandwich. Sick at home on a Sunday and its safe to say I'm a little disappointed. I dont normally complain but....c'mon!!!

The older lady is very rude. I ordered through the mobile app arrived 30min later and my food was not in the carts labeled as "online pick ups". She had me wait in line and had my food in a bag behind the counter instead of the "pick up" cart. She then proceeded to say "oh well we don't put then there no more" when i asked why she didnt just hand it to me instead of having me wait in line when it was already paid for.....

This was a horrible experience I asked for a foot long, but they only gave me a 11.5 inch it was very unprofessional but the food was very gross to do not recommend.

Not going to lie. I haven't been to Subway in about 11 years. Whenever I want a sub sandwich I tend to go to good sandwich spots. I've heard Subway has really gone downhill and tend to be skimpy on their sandwiches. I wanted a sandwich for dinner but didn't want to go anywhere far, and it was kind of late. Subway was open.I went on their website and looked at the menu. I settled on placing an online order for pickup for a cheesesteak sandwich. I placed the order and headed over to the restaurant. The employee had said he tried calling me to tell me they ran out of steak but he said I can pick any other sandwich off the menu for the same price. I chose the famous chicken bacon ranch. I got that along with a side of Sun Chips and a white chocolate macadamia cookie.The sandwich was actually pretty good. I've heard people rave about it before. Went well with the chips. And the cookie was ok. The worker that helped me was professional and friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. I may come back in the future, may not. The food was good, I just prefer to go to sub sandwich spots for my sandwich cravings. But I'll keep the chicken bacon ranch in mind.

I ordered a protein bowl combo and they charged me over 16 bucks and the lady behind the counter was terrible and didn’t even break down the price for me or explain. Unless you want to pay 16 bucks for a fast food salad, never go.

Stopped by for a sandwich and got a grilled chicken sweet onion foot long. It was pretty tasty and I was able to customize my sandwich with a Italian herb and cheese bread, and my own choice of toppings. Quick service and was able to get it cut half.

Service was annoying. Girl was listening to her ear pod. Had to repeat things a few times. Had a crappy demeanor. Very - I hate my job and my life attitude. If I wasn't hungry and watching a UFC match next door. I woulda just walked out. When I asked for a dozen of cookies she seemed irritated poked her head back for the second time to the back to say something to someone. I asked for a container. She ignored it gave me a paper holder and a small box. Split my order into two. Which will make the cookies stale. I will not give this place my business again if I get this kind of rudeness. Btw. I even asked how her day was going during to try to get a pleasant response. No luck figured kill her with kindness. Nope said please and thanks after everything. Oh well. If I try again here. And get the same. I will walk out. Check this time this day if management cares. I don't expect you to be my friend but basic manners would be nice.

Horrible freaking service!! I spent my whole break waiting to order just to NOT be served the cashier didn’t greet anyone and was awfully rude. This is typically my go to when I need something quick cause I can typically count on this location

Tuna sandwich was mushi as if all the vegetables were thrown onto the sandwich at the same time. This was an awful sandwich, threw it away, and wasted my money to receive it by delivering it.

The staff was really happy, which made being here fun. The ingredients are fresh, and the restaurant is clean. The music is good, and it wasn't too loud.
