The Habit Burger Grill

I like the Habit. But how do you get one simple burger wrong? I went in and ordered one burger and they still got it wrong. I just don’t understand how that’s possible. I love the food, but I just don’t understand how you can get the wrong burger even when you ordered it and didn’t even change anything in the order.

The food was very bad, the soda machine wasn’t working and gave me mixed drinks, the bathrooms were dirty, and so were the tables. Please, do not come here. The food is very expensive for the quality it has, and the place’s environment is dirty. The food is not good quality. Other burger chains offer better service and better quality at a lower price. I was here on Friday, August 8th, 2025, and I’m leaving very disappointed.

Curbside nightmare the server fail or didn't bother to get my order right or to add napkins or check the car make an model and when asked for napkins he said I had to go inside doesn't it come as part of curbside they hate there job or don't care for there customers

Downsized the salads, tomatoes were awful, red pickled onion didn't add anything but color. Cobb salads typically have blue chez, but they used something else. Our last trip to the habit!!! So disappointed!!

It’s just gotten to expensive! But the burgers are good.

Very disappointed with the portions of food. Habit is not cheep. It’s kinda more expensive then most places. Which I use to feel was worth paying extra. They have changed. The salads 🥗 aren’t what they use to be any more I talked to a girl that worked there and she told me this is the salad now. There really was nothing to it and it was small with croutons four little tomatoes and cheese With some type of lettuce, not the usual. I use to go for the big salad all the time. I won’t be going anymore. Sad! Really sad…

What can I say? I come here for the sides like tempura green beans, tempura avocado, and half-and-half. Then, the burger is made however you like or want it, with a bunch of optional ingredients. Kids working here make you feel well and show the culture of the company.

As a vegetarian, I love that they have their own veggie patties and the impossible 🍔, but I prefer the house-made veggie patty. Overall, it's a good burger joint.

Food is really good! I also really liked, that the workers in 3 different locations have helped me with the app on my cell. Kind and patient.

So gross should of known not to order curbside food was disgusting and the online ordering sucks u can't accommodate waste of 42 dollars for a salad and burger soggy day old hamburger it was gross

Terrible customer service, the girl in front called Claudet or something like that was somewhat rude and not helpful, she has to learn to leave her problems at home, since she had some attitude but the food was all super delicious 😋
