Multiple bad experiences here. The food is the exception, it taste great. On Multiple occasions I have entered the restaurant to place a few orders for myself and kids. Each time I have gone the women making the food have had nasty attitudes. I have let it slide to avoid issues. This last visit, they were rushing and had a nasty attitude again. They rushed my order and ruined the meal that I ordered for my kids. It was a waste of my time and money. My orders are over $60, I expect to have kind services at the very least. The next issue, i drove all the way home just to find out they ruined my kids meal (placed chilli all over the food) and decided to call them about it before driving back. A woman answered and hung up on me. I tried calling back 2 more times and they didn't answer. Finally I got thru after another attempt. I spoke with a woman that blamed us for the chilli being placed on the food. THEY RUSHED THE ASSEMBLING OF THE FOOD but blamed us for it. We asked for chilli on the side, not on the food. With this type of service, we will not come back and support this local business.

Noisy but bc it's a sport bar type place. Food is excellent. I've had super fries and super nachos here. I love the put whatever you want build your item style here. It is AMAZING!! Loveee it!!

Place was clean and food was really good but service was horrible! Other reviews said the same. They had my son waiting a while for a drink refill until I went to get it myself. After eating our meals, I went to get a drink refill and they just ignored me and had me wait a while as well. 2 ladies didn't acknowledge me or the gentleman serving.Even a customer stated that it wasn't kool to have me wait a while for a refill. If you advertise free refills, then give it! You need to improve your service if you want regular or new customers ! Edit: since my last review, they placed the drink dispenser out in the open. Now you don't have to wait for a refill. Good job guys!

I truly love the food here — it’s always incredible, and that’s the reason we keep coming back. However, the customer service has been very inconsistent. In the past, some of the staff have had an attitude and haven’t been very friendly, which often makes us feel unwelcome.
That said, during our most recent visit, we had a completely different experience thanks to Teresa. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly understands what great customer service looks like. Her attitude made a big difference, and I wish everyone had the same approach as she does.
If the service were consistently like Teresa’s, we would come even more often. Great food plus great service makes all the difference.

Super clean inside with a great sports bar feel. The nachos are perfectly crispy and loaded. The serving is absolutely huge and it’s a great price.

And I went back a month later and I'm so pleased and satisfied with the food the service the people that work there the environment they made my bowl exactly the way that I wanted it talk about being spoiled so delicious.
