Place was clean and food was really good but service was horrible! Other reviews said the same. They had my son waiting a while for a drink refill until I went to get it myself. After eating our meals, I went to get a drink refill and they just ignored me and had me wait a while as well. 2 ladies didn't acknowledge me or the gentleman serving.Even a customer stated that it wasn't kool to have me wait a while for a refill. If you advertise free refills, then give it! You need to improve your service if you want regular or new customers ! Edit: since my last review, they placed the drink dispenser out in the open. Now you don't have to wait for a refill. Good job guys!

I truly love the food here — it’s always incredible, and that’s the reason we keep coming back. However, the customer service has been very inconsistent. In the past, some of the staff have had an attitude and haven’t been very friendly, which often makes us feel unwelcome.
That said, during our most recent visit, we had a completely different experience thanks to Teresa. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly understands what great customer service looks like. Her attitude made a big difference, and I wish everyone had the same approach as she does.
If the service were consistently like Teresa’s, we would come even more often. Great food plus great service makes all the difference.

My first time there was amazing I was like I have to come back to this place
And I went back a month later and I'm so pleased and satisfied with the food the service the people that work there the environment they made my bowl exactly the way that I wanted it talk about being spoiled so delicious. I ate there by myself and was just so exciting I will definitely do it again and again thank you Tom tailgate you get a 10:10 100 percent Cynthia Love 💖

I put special instructions for my order and they got nothing right plus one incorrect order. First I ordered a Full Size Nacho and they did it with French fries. Next I asked for both orders of Full Size Super Fries to have the Fries and guacamole to be put on the side. Only requested this because we were a hour away from home and didn’t want the fries to get soggy from the meat, do you think they did it, “No”! As I waited for my pick up order my daughter and I observed this older gentleman (islander descent) put on food service gloves and started working the food line, a couple minutes in he grabs for his underwear and pulls them up and continues to handle the food. 😳 Bruh, are you kidding me! In front of all the customers! At least replace the gloves 🧤. Food is delicious but service is lacking. I spent $100 and gave them a cash tip. I’m going to have to find another location

Tio Joe told me about Tom's and it did not disappoint. Nice portions and very tasty. Cool spot with tvs all around. They have beer on tap. Will be back Tom!

Awesome place with great food, quantity, and pricing. This is also the only spot I e been to that lets me build my own super fries which just made them that much better. Good tasted great, quality was great, and staff was friendly. Only downside i have with this place is their guac, I don't know if it's fresh but it sure doesn't seem like it.
