The food was cold, no ice for soda, and was told there was no small on combos. Only medium and large. I've been to other Wendy's and was able to get small on combos.

Disappointing. 15 bucks for a combo which is small sized proportions. Medium drink had more ice than the soda I asked for. Asked for ketchup and ranch in drive thru. Didn't receive either.

Listen, I'm a person with low standards, Ive gotten some gross, dried out food here before and came back anyway, and I grew up rural so I know bugs will always be around my food... but IN my food!? that means yall arent paying attention and Ibdont trust any of my food to be safe. finding this little roach drowned in mayonaise dangling from what would have been my next bite was so disgusting and unappetizing I was queasy for the rest of the day, and the next day too. I am NEVER returning to this location.
Horrendously understaffed. staff they do have is polite and hard working, but my single patty burger should not take 20+ minutes. dont go in a rush

I ordered the 2 for $3 breakfast, and luckily I order it dine-in! So I add condiments to my sandwich and take a bite and it's good! I reach down to grab a potato and they are not even warm! They are the temperature of the napkin I used to wipe my mouth after the sandwich bite! Now in my younger years, I worked at a Carl's Jr! And I can honestly say if I ever thought the fries were NOT hot, I never served them! And one time a customer brought back cold fries, and I told my co-worker, "Don't serve anything you wouldn't want to eat!" Guess that type of mentality is gone! Because I took the fries to the counter and set them there because there was no worker. And when she came, she asked, "What!" I said, "Touch the ?!" She made new one, but didn't bother to apologize for giving me something I know she wouldn't have eaten! FOR SHAME!!!
They got my order wrong, then started arguing and did not want to issue refund, horrible employees
