Food is good just horrible service, cashier was mad because i didn't know how to use the machine and cursed at me for saying the price on the screen was wrong when she put it the wrong price and got caught.

Be careful of the fried pork. It is not always thoroughly cooked. The jjajang can also be a bit greasy.

At the Korean market, Han Nam Chain in La Palma, you'll find a restaurant located at the front and on the left side, resembling a cafeteria or food court style. This restaurant specializes in Korean-style Chinese food, with its main menu featuring noodle soup and Jjajang. Their fried rice is exceptionally tasty. All menu items are available for takeout, and there is a small lobby area with tables and chairs for your convenience. The portion sizes are enjoyable, and everything on the menu is delicious. I highly recommend trying Korean Chinese food here.Parking: Use the Korean market [Han Nam Chain - La Palma] parking lot.

(Translated by Google) The price is a bit on the high side, but the amount of squid is good rather than always consistent taste and generous seafood (?).(Original)가격은 약간 쎈편인데 항상 일정할 맛과 푸짐한 해물(?) 이라기 보단 오징어의 양은 좋습니다.

Ordered fried rice for $12.99. The fried rice cold. I am not exactly sure how this could even happen at a restaurant. Of course the staff was exceptionally rude. Avoid at all cost.

One of two sit-down restaurants in the Super 1 Mart in La Palma, they serve Chinese-Korean dishes (like Jajangmyeon, Jjamppong, and Tangsuyuk). Pork Tangsuyuk (deep fried pork in a sweet and sour sauce) seems to be an 'in' dish these days, so we went primarily for that...but was slightly disappointed. We got the #4 ($16.99) combo, which is Jajangmyeon (bowl of noodles covered in black bean sauce) with the tangsuyuk. The jajangmyeon sauce was very good, rich with big chunks of potato and pork, over firm, well prepared wheat noodles. One big problem was that there was a small piece of bone in the sauce (can easily crack your molar if you eat sloppily). As for the tangsuyuk, the pork pieces were good: delicately fried in clean oil, with the pork being reasonably moist (not too dry). The problem was the sauce....very plain, a bit too sweet without much of the 'sour' portion that is promised in a sweet/sour sauce. The portions were large (the combo seemed to use full portions and they provided an extra clean bowl for sharing without us asking). We also got the #5 ($12.99), which is fried rice. It was typical korean fried rice: plenty of egg, with frozen vegetables, slightly seasoned...probably rate it slightly below average. They did provide a scoop of jajangmyeon sauce with it, but the rice was pretty non-descript (I would recommend adding the shrimp for an extra $3). They also threw in a small cup of the jjamppong broth, which was very good and even had small bits of seafood in it. Each dish came with a small side of pickled daikon radish.I can imagine this place being very busy for lunch, and there wouldn't be enough seating in that case, so carry-out might be the way to go. In our case, seating wasn't a problem since folks are pretty quick in eating and getting on their way. There is a shared self-serve water dispenser, and you can ask for small Dixie-size water cups once you buy your meal. Service is what you would expect (fast food like) and you self-bus.

Pretty decent jajangmyeon and fried pork with sweet sauce and well priced. Also convenient as it is in the Korean grocery store.

This is one of those Korean-Chinese restaurants where Koreans cook Chinese food. We normally go to Peking Gourmet for our black noodle, and sweet crispy pork fix. I will have to say it has fallen off my list of places and this supermarket eatery has emerged and taste is better. It exists in a Korean supermarket with no frills, but that only helps make it reasonably priced. About $12-13 you can get a large size bowl of seafood noodle soup or black bean noodles. For about $5 more is the combo which has the sweet crispy pork. It is just the right size, and often ordering the dumplings, it will easily make a meal for two.

Ridiculously tiny portion of jjajang sauce for fried rice. $10 extra charge for extra blackbean sauce lol just get it at the market next to this place. Oh and that 10 dollar sauce was all over the bag cuz it wasn't fully closed.
