The world's slowest service all for burnt and inedible food. Wetzel's pretzels continues to be superior, go there instead.

Got a rock hard pretzel. Have to throw half of it away. It was the last one in there and it looked burnt and hard as a rock. I told the girl I would wait 20 minutes for the next batch. She basically lied to me. "Oh no, it's not hard." We'll yes it was. I have to throw half of it away now. I really wish this location could figure out how to make them soft and not burnt. I guess I'll just go to the location in the mall next time. They never screw them up. But this location they're always hard and burnt. Maybe they need new ovens. It's like these franchise owners have no clue how to run this business.

How this store has a single positive review is beyond me. They are horrible in just about every way you can imagine. My main complaint is that they don’t have pretzels ready when they open, which is a truly absurd way to run a business. Why would you not have half the product available until hours after you open? Additionally, the atmosphere is non-existent. The employees regularly seem annoyed you’re there to order. Lastly, every time I’ve gone, my order has been wrong. Once or twice seems acceptable, but every time is out of hand. One time, I was there over an hour because first they made the wrong pretzel, then they dropped the next one on the ground, by the end I did not even care what I got, I just wanted to be done there. There’s no seating inside, so I had to stand there the entire time they continued to make mistakes. The hours online also often don’t match reality, so be sure to check beforehand.

I've come to this Jamba / auntie anne's almost weekly for a few months now and i was shocked to see the low ratings? i mostly order from Jamba and my drinks always taste delicious and everyone is always so kind. i've placed orders through the app and Yes, i have had to wait for my waffle to be warmed but it takes 30 seconds and i'd prefer it to be fresh anyways. I feel like people can have more grace for a place that clearly has 2-3 workers at any given time.

I online ordered some mini dogs expecting to have my order by the time it was scheduled to be ready. When arriving, I learned that the workers didn't start making my order yet and waited 20 minutes only to find out that they made the wrong order. I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to remake the order and was given mini dogs that were barely wrapped with dough and fell apart.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about. I ordered the pineapple aloha and mangoagogo plus pretzel with cheese, and it was fast and friendly, and tasty.

The first time I came here, I waited for 20 minutes for my order, and there was no customer ahead of me. When I asked about my order, they asked me to wait 10 more minutes. After 15 minutes, I asked them again and they were confused and asked for my receipt. Having already waited 45 minutes, i didn't want to leave empty handed and my kids were hungry, so I waited some more. The girl that took my receipt ended her shift and went home. Another 15 minutes pass , and when I asked for my order, they asked me to show them my receipt again. Wtf. I was so upset that after waiting over an HOUR, I just asked them for a refund. It then took them another 10 minutes to figure out how to give me a refund.It's been a few months, and I really want to like this place. It's close to me, and my kids love pretzels. Maybe they have gotten the hang of things since it's been open for a while... So I try ordering from the app. That gives them plenty of time to make my order ahead of time, right? The app tells me my order will be ready at a specific time so I get there at that time. There are no other customers ahead of me. Three employees but it takes about 5 minutes for them to ask me what I need. I tell the guy I'm picking up an order and he goes and checks. Comes back and says they are baking right now so I need to wait about 15 minutes. Ok. Why did I order it on the app then? So I think about how happy my kids will be when they see pretzels at home. And shame on me, I say ok and wait. 15 minutes later, the guy tells me that I need to wait 10 more minutes because now, they need to melt the butter. Wow. I am done with this place. If you have a lot of time to kill, or if you are on a hot date that you never want to end, then order a pretzel here. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

This place...I've been here a few times cuz I love me a pretzel. We went last week and the minute I walked in the worker said they were out of dough. How do you run out of dough when you are in a bread place? And still have 3 hours before you close.Every other time we have gone they have tried to give us old pretzels and slow service. The workers are not happy when we ask for fresh pretzels even though they are all just sitting around talking. Definitely not a place we will frequent.

First of all I thought this place was going to be like the one in the malls where you can go in order some pretzels get them and enjoy. But boy was I wrong went in their ordered literally took 30 minutes for them to cook my pretzel and give it to me and this isn't a one time thing this has happened twice now and I refuse to go back

The establishment truly lives up to its meager 2.3-star rating, and I believe I'm being rather generous with that assessment.To begin with, my order was incorrect after a considerable wait of 20 minutes, which led to an additional delay of 10 minutes to receive my corrected pretzel bites.As the franchisee, I'd certainly be concerned due to the evidently poor management of this outlet.I found the staff to be under-trained and lacking the necessary skills.I've made up my mind not to visit this place again.The food that I had ordered prior to the pretzel bites debacle had gotten cold, effectively ruining not just my lunch, but also my kids'.I intend to bring these issues to the notice of their corporate headquarters through a formal complaint.
