Ive been going to this McDonalds for 5 years, once a week. Each time I go to the drive thru. Each time there is ALWAYS an issue. I don't have time to go back and complain because Im already at home or at work. PLEASE, PLEASE, QUALITY CONTROL IS NEEDED AT THIS LOCATION. Food quality is bad. Either the food tastes old and reheated or soggy. This is not like other McDonalds quality. Also, there is always something missing. Either a condiment, utensils or food. There are times after eating a delux breakfast that I have an upset stomach. Then I realize the eggs were not fresh. You might ask, why do I still go there? I go because I like McDonald's and hope each time I go to this particular one it might get better. After 5 yrs, I give up.

Getting any employee to greet you takes much longer than it should. I won't use the the kiosk to order because the employees get paid the same and my food isn't cheaper because I did 1/3 of the work. Employees need to greet people when they come in and be prepared to take their order. Paying customers shouldn't have to stand at the counter and get their attention. It's not just the crew but the managers as well. Say hi!

Guy working the inside lane of the drive thrumakes you wait. I up next and told to wait when nobody was in the outside lane. Then someone drives up and I hear a woman's voice e from the outside lanes speaker box asking what they want while I've been there waiting. Similar thing happened a couple of days before too. I wish my grandkids would find decent French fries somewhere else. I guess I'll try the outside lane if we go again.

The best McDonalds ever!!! The staff is so nice, fast and they know what they are doing. They are so welcoming and kind. They also always give the order right away even though they are always so busy. I also enjoyed their playground area and it is always so clean.
This is my go to shop when I visit my parents in Cerritos. Food is always fresh, and team is efficient.
