A worker cleaning the drive-through in the morning started spitting in front of my car. Then, I drove forward to take my order, and there was a rude, condescending accent. This is not the first time; on other occasions, there were people arguing in front of me. With people this mad, you can't help but wonder if they might take it out on your food

It's utterly sad what has become of McDonald's. When I was a kid, it was a happy place to go. Now, you hardly see any employees, and the few you see are not smiling or welcoming. You order for yourself at a screen. The soda machines are gone, so you have to ask for refills, and the size of the food has shrunk dramatically. It's sad. I can see why places like In N Out and Chick fil-A are so much more popular. Frankly, we couldn't wait to leave.
They missed one Big Mac and took 20+ min after I visited there (I had ordered in online 20min before I visited the store)

there is not WiFi service for almost 4 weeks. Told their people everyday this issue but the answer is they don't know it or they do not involve this issue. I have to went to 2.2 mile away another McDonald's store which have WiFi service but it is small than this.

Food and timing of delivery is good. But with everything being self service there is not one employee out in front area. Refills for myself and others took 10 minutes. No one asked if myself or other customers needed help. This is my second visit where service was poor. It used to be one of the better MCD in the area. They need at least one person managing front area only to provide better service
They have only person front of the house and all employees are playing in the back. Thank you 👍

Ordering past 10pm is a nightmare. Drive thru took around 30 minutes, they gave me the entirely wrong burger with extra pickles( I did not ask for this and yes it was my order number), fries had a few stale ones mixed in, and wrong sauce for my nuggets. I do NOT recommend.

Don't miss the personal kiosk behind the kiosk. I needed to pay with cash. I ordered with the kiosk because this location is pretty much automated besides the personal kiosk help rep. Behind the kiosk. You would miss it because you would assume that they are a part of the Dinning hall. The assistant is there to assist you in the process. I get it. So after ordering and choosing to pay at the register, I found the assistant and paid with dollars and cents for my order. The service was just as fast as the normal process and much painless. When my order was called, I double-checked my order (as usual for accuracy) and found that an item was missing. A McDouble from the $6 meal deal I ordered. The manager was there to assist me personally and correct the ord we without any hesitation. Thank you for a great experience.
