Food and timing of delivery is good. But with everything being self service there is not one employee out in front area. Refills for myself and others took 10 minutes. No one asked if myself or other customers needed help. This is my second visit where service was poor. It used to be one of the better MCD in the area. They need at least one person managing front area only to provide better service

Don't miss the personal kiosk behind the kiosk. I needed to pay with cash. I ordered with the kiosk because this location is pretty much automated besides the personal kiosk help rep. Behind the kiosk. You would miss it because you would assume that they are a part of the Dinning hall. The assistant is there to assist you in the process. I get it. So after ordering and choosing to pay at the register, I found the assistant and paid with dollars and cents for my order. The...

After a certain time at night, cursid is no longer available and drive through is the only option. It can rale quite a while to get to the oder point. They must have a barebomes staff at this time. But the food is usually hot. We do always check our oder before leaving the window as sometimes items or sauce is missing.
