The meal comes with an appetizer of onions and a hot dessert I presume to be a Vietnamese tapioca pearl pudding.The place has the interior of an 80s restaurant and feels soothing to be in. The bathrooms, tables, floors, and walls are all clean and comfortable.The place is mainly visited by generic customers who want Pho and some Korean families, so it's also a comfortable mood.The only reason I would deduct a star is because of the customer service. The staff are very nice and kind if you friend or acquaint them but when I went, most of the time I recieved extreme seriousness, frowns and glares, and rudeness. The staff would also mockingly yell "THANK YOU SIR" without looking. However, one time they would be rude, another time they would be nice, another time they would be average, so it depends on your visit.In all, a great place to get or eat Pho. Service depends on your visit.

Great all around— pho and Cajun food. I’ve been coming here for years and they recently added Cajun food, which is actually quite good. Perfect Belem of spices.Pho has always been exceptional here, great balance of complex flavors in the broth. Price is just right. Only wish they give more meats.Clean and cozy restaurant with lots of parking.Great deals of you get it by the lbs. Service is stellar as well.

We went to this restaurant with my friend the food is very good pho is the best. Services very very good and friendly. He know what we need we don't have to ask him anything else. But in that day we went there for lunch. We saw 1 Asian guy in think he came for lunch. But I think he he not normal. While the staff service is busy. That Asian guy keep asking for too many thing he did not need. Remember the staff services for too many people not only him. He keep asking too many thing about 7 time. We like the way of services of this restaurant

Their food is average, pho is average, and their staff is fantastic. So nice! They also give a little dessert at the end for free which is super nice and yummy. It's clean and the prices are in line with other competing restaurants. It's also open late so I've been a bunch of times for that reason alone and would keep coming back for the awesome staff and good food.

This is my go-to pho place now. Don is the sweetest & I appreciate how he gives free drinks or food randomly it seriously makes my day!! I went with my housemate an hour before closing today and we never felt rushed and we felt super bad for leaving late but instead he gave us thai tea...we will be back for sure as always~~

Please pick Pho Crystal to satisfy your pho cravings. I have zero complaints. They're very inexpensive and the food was on point! The pho was so yummy & the noodles were soft and the broth was full of flavor but not too overpowering. I also ordered BBQ chicken wings and they were bomb! The wings were crispy w the perfect amount of BBQ sauce on them . Don served us and was super sweet. Also, Thai tea was super good! Definitely coming back :-)

Delicious!! I was in the area and thought I'd grab some takeout. So happy I did! So was the hubby. I ordered the combo with cajun-flavored crawfish, shrimp, corn, carrots and potatoes. It also came withclaims, but I doubled the order of clams and had them with garlic butter. So good! Side of rice, which we were too full to eat; saved for later. Also ordered a double of shrimp spring rolls, and a Thai ice tea.Yum!!! Very happy! A glass of Chianti goes well with the food! You're on your own for that! Cheers!

The best vegan banh mi! I order with tofu! It came out quick, hot, and so flavorful. When I walked in everyone was extremely kind as well. Definitely would recommend!
Ordered togo for the first time since owner change. Noodles are like plastic..i dont think theyre rice noodles... soup is salty... Our brisket pho, which per the guy at restaurant who answered the phone, was not supposed to have raw meat, came with raw meat.... and all he said was bring it back and he'll replace it.. like we just mixed it and you want me to bring the already mixed pho with soup back to the restaurant???? wasted over $60 for inedible food which we threw away. Will not be coming here again. Ever.

Tried this place for the first time this past weekend and it was delicious . We enjoyed the cajun shrimp by the pound a lot. The sauce was good with the white rice. Shrimp was well cooked, not overdone. Staff was friendly and food was on time as promised for pick up. Will come back to try other foods.
