Stop by first time to get dinner. Horrible experience. First off food was cold and I my French fries look like someone ate half of them while walking my food out to me. And they said they had no condiments at all.

Hello Anybody home? A strange newish location that seems to not be interested in serving chicken. Like all the pervious reviews everything is true. Uses AI that won't really get you a deal or correct combo. Not really anybody at the window to even get your card for payment. After a few times of this nonsense I just drove off. Not really a restaurant. More of front for something else.

I love Popeyes chicken. I used to work at a Popeyes like 25 years ago. And unfortunately this precise location always gives cold chicken and always is missing food when u order take out. They are not friendly and they make seem like you’re the one that needs their food and service. I’ve been at this location about 6 times and it’s always the same. Hopefully someone from that restaurant reeds this review and tries to retrain their employees! Even when food is bad, a friendly person can make it up for it.

I've been in this drive thru lane for 20 minutes, what gives?

They started using AI for their drive thru, but what actually sucked is that they have a system issue and could not take card or epayment for drive thur orders and wasnt told til after we drove up to the window. We had to go inside to pay and wait for the food which defeated the purpose of the drive thru.

They sell burnt chicken. Got 10pc set but all 10 are burnt. So burnt that you can taste it. Been trying to reach the store for over an hour but call goes straight to voicemail. Not sure how effective reporting feature is in the app. Don't waste your money here.

We been coming here for years but today its the last time. The employee working there at the register very rude. Kept telling me to order at the kiosk, when I clearly told him i need to order custom from a human cash register. I walked in to eat in store and not to be scolded to use the screen ordering system.

Placed an online order for faster service waited 30 min for my order should of gone drive thru , they restroom was scary has not being cleaned in months. Go to another location or you will be waiting a long time

So stupid I’ve been there. I order three piece chicken with the french fries the cashier after 15 minutes said we don’t have a french fries I told him just put one more piece of chicken. They said I can’t do it. My manager depositing money on the bank. They’re not here he They cancel my order and refund my money back so stupid manager in employee.

Super slow,horrible service and the order is wrong every time.

Went for lunch then went back for dinner. There spicy chicken is the bomb.
Only bad thing I could say was the store was unbearable way to hot inside
