I got the ice blended cookie butter drink. It tastes better warm. Lots of parking even after parents drive by the school.

JUST visited. They have all their discontinued items still on their drive thru menu. (Pls change if you plan on not offering them) and they were out of ALL brown sugar items. They actually didn’t have a lot to offer. The avocado toast is very sour, they add way too much lemon to it. $27 for average coffee and sour avocado toast. This was a miss

Want to waste 35 minutes of your life? Use the drive thru at this location. It always takes a ridiculous amount of time to where you wish you never ordered. They have poles up so you can’t leave the drive thru early- it’s because they take so long, you would want to leave. The place could have a line around the store and the workers will still move at a snails pace- no sense of urgency.

When will you properly staff your store? Wait times are long even with only one or two cars in the drive thru, and drinks are inconsistent. The weekends are the slowest, and you should know that you will be busy and be staffed for it. Waiting 30 minutes for a drink at 6pm on a Saturday or Sunday is absurd. Hopefully more Dutch Bros will open in the area soon. They'll run circles around you.

This location is notorious for slow service. I started coming here ten years ago and sadly things haven't changed. They are SUPER slow both counter and drive thru. I've waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes before on multiple occasions. They ignore the customers that actually get out of their cars to order. You stand at the counter and wait and wait and wait while they do mobile orders and ignore you. Avoid this spot if you can. Sadly for me I live near the La Palma location but honestly I go to Spring Los Coyotes, Bellflower, Seal Beach, any place to avoid this location. I do end up having to go here maybe once a month and I'm reminded every time as to why it's a bad idea.

This place takes forever through the drive through. Took almost 30 minutes to get my order. I only stopped by because I was extremely early and there were only a few cars ahead of me. I ended up being late to work lol

The coffee and drinks here are good but not always, it really depends on the day that you go and who is making the drinks I would say. The staff is nice but long wait in the drive thru. Just the drinks are not always made right!

Rarely I give bad reviews unless it's something outrageous, and stopping by to this coffee shop this morning calls for it. The drive-thru ridiculously takes forever. I was 2nd in line and still had to wait 20 min for a coffee. The worst part is I couldn't get out of the line because I was stuck. Get rid of the drive-thru if there's no man power to handle it. That way, if the line is long and I'm tight on the time, I can go somewhere else.
