The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Rarely I give bad reviews unless it's something outrageous, and stopping by to this coffee shop this morning calls for it. The drive-thru ridiculously takes forever. I was 2nd in line and still had to wait 20 min for a coffee. The worst part is I couldn't get out of the line because I was stuck. Get rid of the drive-thru if there's no man power to handle it. That way, if the line is long and I'm tight on the time, I can go somewhere else.

I have been here 5 or 6 times. I keep thinking it will get better. It doesn't. I felt myself getting older as I waited. On average 15 to 25 minute wait times and that's with just 4 to 6 cars in the drive through.

They make their tea lattes with fresh hot tea than flood it with ice resulting in a watery concoction. I've even had them remake it with the sane result.

Come for the pumpkin doughnut but get your drinks somewhere else.

Chorizo Breakfast Burrito was not good and not hot: no flavor, no salt. Iced Ube Coconut Cream Matcha Latte was very sweet but ok. Hazelnut Iced Coffee tasted too sweet and more like salted caramel-- the one at Starbucks is much better. Probably wouldn't order from here again as we didn't really like anything.

I am very unhappy with the Ice Tea at this store. Every time I purchase the Tropical Iced Tea is has a back coffee flavor like they brewed it in pitchers that had coffee in them. Maybe they are using the the wrong pitchers. But I won't be coming back until they fix the tea flavor. I will drive 2 times further and go to the Coffee Bean in Brea on Lambert (DT). Their Tropical Iced tea is always clear and tastes delicious, just they way the Tropical Tea is supposed to taste. Please fix your brewing tea containers and check the iced tea for flavor.

Just went in to get coffee. The wait is always long, but today, I was interrupted while speaking, giving details of my order, and was told anything else. I made sure she could hear me and she repeated anything else. I went to the window and asked why she interrupted me while ordering and she just said cuz its tiktok drink I said no I have other customization to do it's not he same drink she refuse to give me her name lied that she is the manager and closed the window saying nothing. It was the women with deep purple hair how damn rude and dont get jobs to work with people if they didn't have etiquette or values.

The ice blended chocolate cafe with almond milk is so good that I buy 2 large one's almost every day. I would buy a gallon if they would sell it. I brought my own brand new Home Depot bucket and they won't even sell me a half gallon. I was suppose to have the house cleaned before my wife gets home now I'm screwed.
