Just went in to get coffee. The wait is always long, but today, I was interrupted while speaking, giving details of my order, and was told anything else. I made sure she could hear me and she repeated anything else. I went to the window and asked why she interrupted me while ordering and she just said cuz its tiktok drink I said no I have other customization to do it's not he same drink she refuse to give me her name lied that she is the manager and closed the window saying nothing. It was the women with deep purple hair how damn rude and dont get jobs to work with people if they didn't have etiquette or values.

The ice blended chocolate cafe with almond milk is so good that I buy 2 large one's almost every day. I would buy a gallon if they would sell it. I brought my own brand new Home Depot bucket and they won't even sell me a half gallon. I was suppose to have the house cleaned before my wife gets home now I'm screwed.

Got avocado toast and avocados weren't ripe so that was disappointing and wanted a salted maple latte but they were out. I drove quite a ways to go there so it was a busy for me.

So disappointed, first time experiencing coffee bean. I’m a Starbucks girl, I requested a sweet cookie latte, very bitter bland on taste. The cashier said mam keep it we will remake. The manager Elizabeth bless her heart says give the drink back and we will remake for an extra fee.

Huh confused and gave me a bad taste in my mouth.

Please do better at training your management staff with better soft skills and customer service. Didn’t want a refund, I wanted the drink how I ordered with the cashier. Why wasn’t the extra fee mentioned.

Lastly , upon getting my bagel she’s makes a comment to her staff about me, how rude and disrespectful.

To be heavily iced and bitter for a $7.65 dollar small iced coffee, I keep taking my dollars to Starbucks.

Every single time I order from this location there is a problem. From missing whipped cream, melted drinks, or half hot half cold drinks. Today, I walked in to pick up my order, and I waited over 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, I overheard a barista tell someone that mobile orders are backed up 30 minutes.
They could have told me that, but they didn’t and they didn’t apologize or seem to care. There is a first and a last time for everything.

Nice and spacious coffee bean. Pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. The drive through however is incredibly long sometimes. Best to opt for parking and going inside on those days. Even on hot hot days, there were spaces inside to sit.

I love their Peach Jasmine Tea and their ice. Another favorite of mine is the ham and egg sandwich or the chocolate croissant. I love that they're collaborating with TokiDoki, I've gotten pins and stickers and can't wait to see more merch at all the stores. The point system is also really cool because who doesn't enjoy a nice freebie. The customer service is always great.

Went in the morning and was the only place ordering (and yes I know there is still a drive thru) but it wasn’t insanely busy at all and I was the only person in the store at the time. And, even so, the store tends to be pretty loud so, if y’all see one person in your store and you make a latte for them aren’t you supposed to call it out and make sure I grab it? You literally said nothing and just let my coffee sit there for minutes and meanwhile, here I am on my phone sitting and waiting for my coffee order to be called out. Then I turn around cuz I’m like “hey it’s been awhile for one latte, theyr still making my drink?” And lo and behold it had been in the counter this whole time. Then I got ip to ask what this is and this girl give me a look, doesn’t say anything, looks at another co worker that then looks at me with absolutely no emotion in her face and I ask the same question and with a barely audible voice and the biggest “I don’t want to be here” face goes “cookie butter with hazelnut? Yes” okay we’ll then if you knew it was fine and I’m the only one at the store just call me over! Duh! Like you see me waiting but don’t care enough to let me know! Like dude, didn’t work somewhere you don’t wanna work at. Do better! I’m in the customer service and food industry so it’s not that hard. Now my latter isn’t even hot and I’m not going anywhere I can go heat it up at which I shouldn’t!

A lot of teens here after school, which I don't mind, but they block the drive through, so you have to be careful sometimes. The staff is friendly and the drinks are good!
