This coffee bean never ever has what I want, i tried calling the store because this is the only location that is close by, they never answered so I decide to make the drive, and sure enough I’m sitting in the drive thru and ofc they don’t have my first choice, but I prepared my self to order my back up drink just in case and guess what they don’t have it either so I’m like shoot ok ima get my third choice and they didn’t have it either!!!! I was like ok at this point I didn’t want to keep people waiting in the drive thru so I order whatever drink they are promoting which was the minty matcha ice blended.Whoever is in charge of ordering and doing the inventory needs to get it together because it’s seriously annoying! Shout out to the drive thru workers who are always so embarrassed to tell me they don’t have my drink, i want you guys to know it’s not your fault.

i love service worker. i am myself. but honestly the staff is not polite in the slightest. the first time i ever want to make a review.february 13 - around 7my brother & i were in drive thru taking an order and he worded a drink wrong and you can hear the girl starting to laugh. she didn’t answer for about 5 seconds and said “you mean - insert drink” and my brother said yes. after ordering & pulling up to pay, i could tell it was another girl since it was a different voice. but i could hear behind the girl ringing us up - laugh & make fun of my bother. i get customer service. but if you talk about a customer & make fun of them over saying a menu drink wrong or word it wrong your instinct is to just start laughing ? while taking their order & again afterwards ? it makes me upset how you can just laugh at someone for a simple miss wording

In my experience, all The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf shops are straight forward. I mean, it's all in the name. All I had at this particular shop was an ice coffee, which was delicious and as expected. If I'm just getting an ice coffee from any coffee shop, I cannot really discern the difference. I enjoyed this place while waiting for a friend and there was plenty of parking. It seemed like a slow day. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Very professional and asked politely if I would like anything else. They seemed happy to be there and that energy did make my experience at this shop better. If I'm ever in the area again and want a cup o joe, I'll be heading here for a quick stop.

I might be the luckiest person in the world because last month I came to this location to purchase a coffee and they had a "system outage". Today I was blessed with the opportunity to experience that AGAIN . Who knows I might even play the lottery now, it seems I'll be able to win millions before I can purchase a coffee here.

By the far one of the worse manage and operated Coffebean and Tea leaf location. Service is slow. Maybe understaff? Lattes are hit and miss. Inconsistent service at the counter and drive through. People are generous but maybe under trained? Starbucks is down the street and currently has better service.

Rating the service. Go to another one or Starbucks. 34 minutes for 2 frappes over the drive tru. Wtf is just coffee, and I ordered the same drink!!!!! Couldn't they had just made a large batch and pour it on two cups?????
