The three stars go to Kevin, because as far as the food goes it was way below my expectations. The highlight of the food overall was the waffle fries and Kevin's excellent service. The brisket was boiled not BBQ'd, pulled pork was just ok but not tasteful and somewhat dry. The coleslaw if you can call it coleslaw was with lettuce not cabbage and above all no taste whatsoever. The overall ambiance was good.

Wholly Smokes has great food and awesome service! Good location and plenty of parking! Tony (the owner) and his crew are the best host! They have a great selection of beers! Theres sports always playing on the big screens. I absolutely love their brisket loaded Fries! (You have to get the garlic aioli on it! Extra charge but it's a must!) They have great food already but I hear they are adding more on to the menu! I can't wait to see what they have coming up! I definitely recommend Wholly Smokes for food and beers!

There's not a lot of BBQ spots in the local area so I was excited to try Wholly Smokes and it did not disappoint! Like the other reviews said, service was great and the owner was very friendly. We ordered the two combo plate and chose brisket and pulled pork. Meat was smoky and very tender- wasn't super fatty which I liked but I think this is up to personal preference. Their house bbq sauce is nice and tangy which is how I like it. Cajun fries were bomb- definitely recommend getting this as your side. Price is fair for the amount of food you get. 4 stars- would come back if I was in the area

In the area picking up a friend. Was in the mood for some bbq. Love the name so that was the place. Drove up & just knew! Hidden gem in a little strip mall. The smoker out front said it all! The staff is super cool. The music was great. So... the food. Brisket was melt in your mouth delicious! Cornbread was also just as amazing! Totally recommend to anyone. Thank you guys for an amazing experience

We were craving bbq and after a quick yelp search we found this gem of a place! It's a texan bbq vibe with a mom and pop feel. They're in the process of updating and even still it has a hangout type of atmosphere. We were pleasantly greeted by Kevin. He was courteous and friendly. We appreciated his hospitality and willingness to accommodate our picky pallets. He did let us know our food would take a bit and enticed us with some delicious banana pudding while we waited. We tried the brisket sandwiches, pizza, tater tots, fries, mozzarella sticks and corn with cotija cheese. The brisket was tender and savory. It had that backyard bbq taste we were hoping for. The pizza was thin, crispy and delicious. The fries, tater tots and mozzarella sticks were crisp and flavorful with the cajun seasoning. The corn with cotija cheese was spot on with the dash of lime I love. Everything we had was delicious and satisfying. The whole experience was amazing and we'll definitely be back to try the ribs! Thanks Kevin for making this an awesome dinning experience!

Got the half wholly grail for a family of 4, Mac and cheese, and Cajun fries. Brisket and ribs were moist and smokey. Fry sauce was better than ketchup. Banana dessert was great, too. All the fries were gone. We usually don't eat coleslaw, but I tasted the Kim chi coleslaw, and it was alright. The Mac and cheese macaroni was a bit overcooked, not the worst, and not the best. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. We let them know that we really liked the meats and that we would be back for sure!

First time here! We must say we had a wonderful experience! Food was really good! Soft meat and delicious! Loved the different bbq flavors! My daughter loved the sausage and Mac and Kevin the one man show was great! We will be back! I had the brisket sandwich... but inhaled it and no pics were taken
