Had a apple fritter that tasted of rancid oil. The coffee was burnt. I didn't taste either until I was on the freeway otherwise I would have asked for my money back

I’ve watched this Yum Yum Donuts transform completely, and it’s all thanks to the new owner. She has worked for this company for over 10 years, waiting patiently for her chance to take over a franchise. Now that she finally has, you can truly see her hard work, dedication, and passion in every detail of this store.
This location was struggling before, but she has poured her heart into bringing it back to life. The donuts are now made fresh in-house every single day, and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal.
I may not know the story of the previous owner, but I know the story of the one running it now — and trust me, Yum Yum Donuts chose her for a good reason. She’s one of the hardest workers you’ll ever meet, and it shows.
If you’re in the area, don’t hesitate to stop by, grab something fresh, and show your support. You won’t regret it. 🍩✨
PS:So proud of you Luz!

I miss the owner he would bring happiness to the workplace regardless of how tired he was. Now the place is full of people who don’t care. This was a Family run business now it’s run by greedy corporation that took advantage of this poor man and his kindness. I will no longer support this business. My family has been coming here since 2013 but not anymore, not until the previous owners are back. This is so devastating.

Not the same since new management came in.
Donuts look good but the taste is less than fresh. Are they made at a factory and shipped in?
Won't be back unless I hear it got better.

I used to love coming here for the family atmosphere. The original owner was an inspiration to me, I was inspired by his hard work and determination every day. Even when he looked tired he never stopped smiling. This shop is not the same without him. I’ve talked to other customers that feel the same way that I do. This Yum Yum Donuts location should belong to Jose and many people agree with me, the community is shattered. I’ll only come back if Jose comes back. :(

It is heartbreaking to know what has happened to this place. I miss the old owners, they knew what they were doing. Now I’m being scammed with stale donuts, as opposed to the fresh fluffy ones I was used to. It’s upsetting
