5 stars for the service but omg we just came to try the Tiger Milk Tea with boba and oh boy avoid at all costs. Whoever thought of it had a great idea and presentation(minus the vanilla scoop making it look like chunks of cheese floating around your tea) but awful awful execution. Also did not know the brown sugar boba was popping boba and it just felt like exploding gobs of caramel with each boba, very unpleasant. Get something else!!Also big sad there's no bubblegum flavor ice cream. :(

I love going to basking robin's around this time, is a peacefully nice and clean a good time to stop and enjoy one of my favorite desert highly recommend

I ordered a cappuccino blast but got a vanilla shake instead, I knew it wasn't being made right because the person was new and inexperienced. First when it was handled he kept scooping vanilla in then out of the blender kept looking at the recipe paper over and over and still got it wrong. The drink was very very pale this time and tasted like a vanilla malt I'll tell you that thing was thick, definitely not a cappuccino blast. Then the straw he gave me was not the right size for the cup as you can see from the photos he as forgot to dust the top with cinnamon. ??? I wish they would give these employees Starbucks barista level training or even In-n-out level training making sure each employee has been able to successfully make menu items consistently.
I was looking for a treat and stopped here, I appreciate the service from the young girls there, I wanted a banana split but wasn't able to get one, but my Sunday made up for the sweet tooth I had, it was great, thank you Baskin Robbins ?

When ask for something n don’t get it and call to tell them u got wrong flavor the stupid young unprofessional young man hangs up on u .they need to get better employees

Regular hours close at 11pm, but due to covid website says they close at 10:30. I pulled up at 10pm and right away the two guys tell me that there closed. Maybe they had better things to do and just wanted to leave EARLIER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
