I came in right before closing on a Saturday night. Let me tell you. These poor kids put their heart and soul into my sundaes. I honestly think the quality of ice cream has gone up, it's now my favorite and of ice cream. The banana royale is a must try.

The employees are all very young and unpleasant. They seem so upset and never look Happy to help us. We went in today and the young lady was just so bitter. If we are paying $6.99 for 2 scoops it should be decently served.

Pistachio nut fudge Sunday is my favorite thing to order here. Every time I come here, it's been on point. My only complaint is that the person who scoops the ice cream doesn't give a full scoop. However, I love the ice cream so much that I never complain. The pistachio nut ice cream is creamy, sweet, and has plenty of nuts, and the fudge is thick and delicious. Need to pay attention to this establishment. If you ask for extra cherries they tell you .75 extra but then they ring your total then end up charging .75 per cherry. I asked for the owners name Nancy. We're all feeling inflated pricing but seriously.75 per cherry....

5 stars for the service but omg we just came to try the Tiger Milk Tea with boba and oh boy avoid at all costs. Whoever thought of it had a great idea and presentation(minus the vanilla scoop making it look like chunks of cheese floating around your tea) but awful awful execution. Also did not know the brown sugar boba was popping boba and it just felt like exploding gobs of caramel with each boba, very unpleasant. Get something else!!Also big sad there's no bubblegum flavor ice cream. :(

I love going to basking robin's around this time, is a peacefully nice and clean a good time to stop and enjoy one of my favorite desert highly recommend

It's not advertised online, but this Baskin-Robbins allows pre-orders of ice cream cupcakes. You can call them or come in to place it. The price was really reasonable. I bought 30 cupcakes (they come in orders of half-dozens) for ~$75 (that's like $2.50/ea). My son's school only allows cupcakes because they are easier for teachers to pass out, so this was a great option. I ordered by phone, and I think they want 3-5 days for pre-orders. You can choose between chocolate or white cake, and I can't remember if you can order any flavor of ice cream. To keep it simple, I ordered cookies and cream (because what kid wouldn't want that), and they even put an oreo on top. I think they can even do some customizations. I told them my son loves Sonic the Hedgehog and they made the frosting royal blue. (Beware the coloring dye on the frosting, it's pretty hard to scrub off hands and clothes. Knowing that now, I would've just asked for plain white.) When I picked them up, they were in individual cups making it easy to pass out. Ask for spoons because I assumed they would give it to me automatically, but they didn't. Overall, great customer service, unique option for school birthdays, convenient, and the value was great for the price.

I ordered a cappuccino blast but got a vanilla shake instead, I knew it wasn't being made right because the person was new and inexperienced. First when it was handled he kept scooping vanilla in then out of the blender kept looking at the recipe paper over and over and still got it wrong. The drink was very very pale this time and tasted like a vanilla malt I'll tell you that thing was thick, definitely not a cappuccino blast. Then the straw he gave me was not the right size for the cup as you can see from the photos he as forgot to dust the top with cinnamon. ??? I wish they would give these employees Starbucks barista level training or even In-n-out level training making sure each employee has been able to successfully make menu items consistently.
