Called at 8:45 to pre order my drink, they did not answer. So I showed up to their shop at 8:50 and they already had the gates locked ready to leave. What is this? If the shop closed at 9pm, they should close at 9pm. Very disappointed

I don't live nearby so I had Googled this place along my route home one day and I am glad to have stopped in. I ordered the Jasmine milk tea with boba (size large shown) and it was perfect. The service was fast and friendly. The inside was neat and clean. Too bad I wasn't hungry because they had a pretty decent snack selection of treats (although it would have been nice had they offered savory snacks, like musubi, as well).
