I tried the spicy popcorn chicken and that made me go back for a second time trying the beef sandwich and different drinks. The quality and flavor of everything was exquisite, I would definitely recommend anyone to support this small business. 10/10 will definitely be back for more.

Last two times I came here I waited a long time for my boba. The most recent was a 40 minute wait. Honestly I am unsatisfied with that experience I like this place a lot but the service shouldn't take this long.

Boba here is great! and the food is very tasty. The lady in the front noticed my labubu on my purse and was sweet enough to offer me one free labubu jelly so cute! Will be coming back again (:

Five Stars for the Grill Pork Banh Mi. It was the only thing we tried today. Everything was fresh, and it had good flavors. My wife likes it and she's picky with banh mi. We normally have to drive to BM My Tho in Alhambra for our banh mi fix. This place is super close to home. Too bad they don't offer the Vietnamese lunch meat banh mi (Banh Mi Dac Biet)
