We had unsatisfactory not precessional service and mainly bad attitude from a young man. I ordered a watery shake and when he brought it to me he literally made it like smoothie and I brought up to his attention that this is not the way I ordered it when I specifically and clearly told him how I wanted it but his response was that is the best I can do without even apologizing with a firm bossy attitude I tried to call the owner to relay the incident and prevent from occurring to other customers but no response
This was my first time they shouldn’t advertise open at 7 mon-fri there not even here poor experience this is not professional in my opinion…

This is great place to come, the environment, the food and the costumer service is super. Elisa and Jose are very attentive to their customers . They walk you through the first time on how the product works and how it benefits you, it’s a great place to come . I highly recommend boom spot .
