I stopped by for lunch today. I paid close to $14.00 for old stale fries, chicken with no taste, except old and not crunchy. darn shame to sell this mess. sweet tea taste like sugar water. The service was super fast, i see why because the food was sitting just waiting for a hungry idiot.

I have to give a shout-out to Marco at Church’s Chicken! As a frequent customer who craves their fried okra, Marco consistently provides outstanding service.
What sets him apart is his genuine care for customers. When my mom and I were ordering separate okra portions, he suggested we get the extra large instead since we’d get more food for just a couple dollars more. That’s helpful, money-saving advice you rarely get!
Marco is kind, professional, and incredibly accurate - our orders are always perfect and complete. He’s clearly a hard worker who takes pride in his job and has built a real presence at this location. Customers know him and look forward to seeing him, myself included.
Highly recommend this Church’s Chicken, especially when Marco is working. Thank you for consistently great service!

Seems like they’re back to normal again. Very fresh and juicy chicken. I tried it twice within the past month, satisfied my craving both times. Please please keep up the great quality.

I’ve been going to churches for years was always good but today the skin was all burned and I asked for original and I got crunchy spicy not want I ordered it was awful and they don’t answer there phone

The lady, a non-native speaker, donned black-framed glasses, who served the to-go orders over the weekend evening, should watch her over-the-top mannerisms and lower her voice. Her broad, exaggerated movements and raised tone have no place in customer service. It would be better for her to keep such behavior in the village where she came from.

These guys are not about the customer. They give you what they want and no problem nickel and dimming you. I asked for original chicken and got crunchy spicy. I went thru that's where they get you

Redeemed a coupon that's one time use only for the employee to tell me that they don't accept coupons at this location, now I've wasted it on nothing.

Manager is really rude second time i go and i ask for tenders and they gave me black old chiken and i ask for 2 ranch and got charge $28 cents each they charge u everything even hot sauces

The chicken has lost what it had years ago. It was a bit over fried. The biscuits are still awesome. Can't get those anywhere else. The Mac and cheese was average and the mashed potatoes were nothing special.
