I have been a loyal customer of church chicken. However,I don't like spicy food. Everytime I order original flavor. These couple of times, I found the original flavor fried chickens are tasteless and not salty enough. They seems changing the recipe. I love the old recipe much better. Hope they can change back.

Very disappointing fried chicken. Just look at the photo. Chicken was over cooked and one of the pieces was missing the crispy skin. Biscuit was decent but doesn't make up for the bad fried chicken. Will not be back.

The macaroni was disgusting no flavor it seems like they scraped it of the pot the biscuit hard and no flavor I asked for butter and honey they don't have that anymore. The prices are extremely high for that tasteless food customer service not great and to top it off they had no customers to get this kind of service

0 stars…..Bad costumer services the person on the window does not know how to take orders correctly and when we went back in to let them know the manager got an attitude and started arguing with us abt it instead of Handling things calmly the only thing we wanted was to get the order right instead we had to get a whole refund because she insisted that’s what we ordered. 11/28/23 at 3:45 pm all we wanted was to trade the biscuits with the frosted honey ?

Chicken and biscuits are always great. The drive thru is a little odd and small. I live in the area and I prefer this church's is than the one in baldwin park.

Wow this church is right here in La Puente is amazing awesome staff with great employees like Edwin who went above and beyond to help and serve me and a few other customers at a busy time this evening! Patient with all the customers as a service them and the other staff in the back the women Alejandra & Alicia ‼‼hey were killing it doing an amazing job I hope this staff gets the acknowledgment that they deserve I highly suggest this Church's Chicken by Fairgrove & Hacienda
